Full Range Precision Machining Manufacturing Solutions is a full-scale manufacturer of machined steel and metal components. We perform cutting and precision machining of metal and steel components to the highest standards in small and large production series.

Widest size range Our complete machine production line allows the widest component size range available. We machine, handle and supply components weighing from 1 kilo to 90 tons – in dimensions of 9 to 9000 mm.

Capacity is securityOur two production facilities in Denmark and one in China give us extensive production capacity with secured avail-ability and accurate delivery performance. This allows us to handle demanding projects for some of the largest industrial customers in the world.

Documented precision Our Quality Management System is certified according to ISO Standards, and we also carry out requested audits. We provide full documentation and traceability for our customers by using in-house CMM 3D laser-tracking equip-ment and by performing FAI, PPAP and FMEA measuring and verification procedures.

Customer dedication Our customer track record is strong and we are known for our long-lasting relations based on years of knowhow and expertise. We supply more than machining and often work closely together with our customer, assisting in e.g. design revisions for improved production efficiency and cost-out.
