MrFinch believes that many business owners would like to take advantage of legal support services but either don’t know who to turn to but also often don’t believe that they will receive value for money.We fully embrace the need for a new dawn in respect of affordable legal services. We do not endorse hourly rates – we offer fixed fees to our clients so that they have a clear understanding of what they are paying for, every step of the way.

Unlike most of our competitors we do not tie our clients into long term contracts. After an initial six month period (which allows us to gain a full understanding of the client’s business) our terms convert into a monthly rolling contract. We do this because we are so confident of our service levels & pricing that we fully believe our clients will stay with us.

Most of our interaction can be done electronically as this affords our clients peace of mind in a time-effective manner.Further, if our clients prefer to talk to a legal expert then someone is at the end of the phone during & outside core working hours.

Where possible we will always attempt to ensure that our clients deal with the same In-house Legal Expert every time.

All documents sent and received by us to our clients are scanned and digitally stored and managed. Our In-House Lawyers operate an environmentally friendly, paperless system which ensures that confidential information is stored with utmost security. All documents are saved within the system so they are easily retrieved whenever required.

All calls to and from our team are recorded and stored securely meaning that our clients can be confident that we are protecting them every step of the way.


Preferred Partner Program (PPP)

Our Clients Journey Is Simple & Streamlined

MrFinch not only recognises the legal & HR positions of our clients – we often receive requests for recommendations of other business services that our clients could benefit from, for example accounting services, IT, office equipment etc.We have developed a PPP with the aim of introducing our valuable clients to similar minded organisations like ourselves. We only partner with companies that treat our clients like gold; we receive no commissions from our partners in order that we can be fully objective as to the quality of service they provide to our clients.

All new clients are added to our client management system; a client care pack is generated and sent to the business owner for completion. When signed and received by us, a designated Virtual HR Director will be in touch to introduce themselves and our band of core services. This can be done either in person, over the telephone or through our client management system. Whatever our clients deem their preferred method of contact, then that is how we serve them.
