ENCLOSUREDESIGN:TSI series is a free-standing thermallyinsulated single-bay outdoor enclosureseries.Frame is made of aluzinc profiles. Doorandsidepanelmaterial inpowdercoatedaluzinc; wall construc7on as double-skinwith outer layer in 1,5mm aluzinc, innerlayer in 1,0mm aluzinc, walls insulatedwith50mmpolyurethane.Frontdoorhasautoma7cslidingdoor stay.Door isfiJedwith a minimum of 3 concealed hinges.Sidepanelsarefixed.Plinth is 150 mm high and is made ofaluzinc.Willbeboltedtotheframeandtotheconcretemoun7ngbase.BoJomcableentry, cable glands as required; i.e. cablemul7-grommetMC25.

VENTILATION/COOLING:Awidevarietyofclimatecontrolsolu7onscan be incorporated based on environ-mental condi7ons, i.e. temperaturecondi7ons,corrosiveenvironment,dustcondi7ons,etc.•  Standard equipped with DC-powered

high-efficiencyVAKaircondi7oner•  Alterna7vely configured with AC-

powered air condi7oner; heatexchanger , fan-filter cooling; evt.combined air condi7oner with fan-filtercooling.

Enclosurecanbebuildwithoneortwoclimatezones.Ifbuildwithtwoclimatezones the lower sec7on can eventuallybeusedascooledbaJerycompartmentfor1,2or3stringsofbaJeries.Roof/Sun canopy is made of 1.5 mmaluzinc.Roofhasven7la7onopeningsinfront and rear side overhang. Ven7ngand air flow openings are fiJed withstainless steel perforated plate withmaximumholessizeof1,5mm.Frame, doors, side panels, plinth androof/canopy are powder coated to arequested color. Standard color is RAL7035. Li^ing can takeplaceusing li^ingbolts.Life7meis10years.

INTERNAL ACCESSORIES ANDOTHEROPTIONS:Aluminumasop7onalmaterialforframe,sidepanelsanddoors.

The standardenclosure is fiJedwith19”rackrails.Op7onalis21’’racks.Rackrailscanbefullorpar7alheight(maxheightis43Uin1950mmenclosure).

Front door is hinged in the right sidehowevertheycanbehingedreverse.

Plinth can be delivered with cable glandplatesperrequirement.

PowerDistribu7onUnit (PDU) isop7onaland can be supplied with IEC outlets orotheroutletsbasedonrequest.

19’’ rack mounted shelves (sliding orfixed)and19”rackdrawersareavailable.All shelves anddrawers are ven7lated toensurecrossven7la7onintheenclosure.

Op7onal AC or DC power breakers andoverloadprotec7on.

Forcedven7la7onoftheroof/canopy

canbemadeforenvironmentswithhighdegreeofsolarradia7on.

Ven7la7on openings will be fiJed withstainless steel mesh with a maximumperfora7on size of 1.5 mm. Inlet airopenings for ven7la7on solu7ons willalsobefiJedwithreplaceablefiltersandcovered by an external aluminum coverand stainless steel mesh. Thermostatsareprovidedtocontroltheopera7onofven7la7onfans.

Door alarm, smoke alarm, hightemperature alarm, fan speed alarm,temperature sensors, internal light, andcable trays are available for standardenclosures.
