• Hard-standings of 8m x 6.5m suitable for vehicles up-to 8 metres maximum with an awning on the hardstandings only

• 14m x 6m that can accommodate larger American Style RVs or Car/Caravans, one awning or tent can be erected on these pitches but on the hardstandings only

THE BORING BUT IMPORTANT BITS

• Maximum Speed l imit around the park is 10mph please

• 15% deposit is payable at the time of booking, the balance is due on arrival (other than Safari Lodges, see Safari Lodge rules). If you wish to extend your stay,please notify us at your earl iest convenience and we wil l do our best to accommodate your request . Please note that extending your booking cannot be guaranteed during busy periods

• A l l gas bottles must be stored in a secure gas locker whilst on the park

• We kindly request that al l pitches are vacated by 12 noon on your day of departure and are left as you found them clean and tidy

• Guests of 18 years or younger cannot have occupancy of a pitch without a supervising adult

• Only ONE awning or tent is al lowed on the hard standings of the pitch . To erect any thing else please ask reception . This is to protect the grass area

• Please book the correct pitch size for your vehicle. Concierge Camping have the right to transfer you to the appropriate pitch if avai lable or refuse your stay

• We cannot guarantee a requested pitch , we wil l endeavour to do our very best to accommodate your request , however circumstances may make this impossible

• A maximum of one flag per pitch . No Drones to be flown on the park or estate at anytime

• No refund on pitch fees

• Please clean up after your dogs at al l t imes and use the dog bins and bags provided. In order to protect our l ive stock and keep our site looking its best , al l dogs must be kept on leads on the campsite and exercised in the dog field or off the park grounds using the many local footpaths or walking routes

• We request that guests must act with due consideration for our neighbours and other park users - keeping loud noise to a minimum and keeping communal pitch areas clean and tidy

• Due to health and safety, we cannot al low fires or f ire pits on site without permission

• In order that our guests are not disturbed during the night , we ask that no vehicles are driven through the park between 11pm and 7am without prior notif ication . Please use the office car park during this t ime, thank you

• A l l BBQ’s must be on the hard standing and off the ground on al l pitches

• The conveniences in the park are for the benefit of al l . Please notify us of any blockages, damage or breakages immediately so that we can rectify them

• Please use designated washing up area provided - and not under drinking water taps on the back of the pitches

• Please keep to the walkways and avoid walking across other guests

pitches

• Your pitch fee includes a maximum of 6 persons and 3 dogs per pitch.

To exceed this number there will be £150.00 fine and you will be asked

to leave the park immediately

• Concierge Camping have the right to cancel a booking at any time, or

ask you to leave the park

• Concierge Camping reserve the right to remove a vehicle/trailer at the

owners risk at any time

• No cycling on the decking areas please

• No commercial vehicles are permitted at Concierge Camping

• The Park is a wonderful place for children to play but parents or

guardians are responsible for them at all times. Please do not leave

children alone around the BBQ. Children must not play unsupervised

anywhere on the park and under 12‘s must be supervised at

the facilities building a all times. Concierge Camping accepts no

responsibility for injury incurred on site. Please also be aware there

is a stream on the Estate and a weir so please keep an eye on your

children around these areas

Our Terms and Conditions enable us maintain our standards, to assist in proper management and ensure your safety as well as establishing a clear

legal contract for cancellation, damage and exceptional circumstance.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE Safari Lodges are available from 3.00pm on day of arrival and must be left in a clean and tidy condition no later than 10am on day of departure. All rubbish

is to be disposed of responsibly in the bins provided and any breakages reported to us. If the condition of the Lodge is not up to standards a £50 cleaning fine will be invoiced to the party leader which will be due no later

than 7 days after departure

BOOKING & PAYMENT 30% of the payment is made on line at the time of booking, with the balance payable on arrival at the campsite. When you make a booking and payment an email or letter confirming the dates and times of your holiday is sent to you.

Booking and payment is considered the establishment of a legal contract

CANCELLATION POLICY If cancelled or modified later than 30 days before arrival (90 days over the

festive bookings period. 100% of total booking fee will be charged. Extreme Conditions: Concierge Camping reserves the right to cancel a

holiday in light of extreme conditions of: weather, terrorism or war. In any of these very unlikely circumstances your full payment will be returned to

you. Emergency Contingency: Concierge Camping reserves the right to cancel a holiday at short notice if for unforeseeable circumstances we are unable to provide safe accommodation due to extreme conditions, ill health,fire or administration or any other extenuating circumstance. Under such unlikely

circumstances your full payment will be returned. Concierge Camping cannot accept liability or responsibility for any loss, including consequential loss

caused by cancellation

BREAKAGES & DAMAGE If, on your arrival you find any items or fittings, utensils, crockery or cutlery is broken, damaged or missing, please report it to us and it will be replaced.

We do accept a degree of wear and tear but should any significant damage or breakage occur during the period of your stay you may be

held responsible and must make good to the lowest market value. We reserve the right to charge for excessive cleaning where a Lodge has been left in an unacceptable condition, through waste, litter, interference in the structure, movement of furniture and contents etc. The Lodge is

expected to be left in a similar condition to that upon check in

NOISE & NUISANCE Anyone committing a nuisance at Concierge Camping will be asked to

leave immediately and without a refund

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY Our Safari Lodges can accommodate a maximum of six people in the two

storey. And a maximum of four people in the single storey.

NEGLIGENCE Guests will be held responsible for any fire, damage or alteration to the

structure caused by negligence

STOLEN PROPERTY Concierge Camping cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen

property

NO SMOKING POLICY Concierge Camping has a strict No Smoking Policy within any building or

close proximity .Anyone who smokes outside of the Lodges is responsible for disposing of their cigarette butts in a bin (when cold) and must not

litter the surrounding area

NO FIRE POLICY Fires are not allowed on site BBQ’s are only to be used off the ground

TENT STRUCTURE It is prohibited to interfere with or adapt the structure of the Lodges in any way. DO NOT REMOVE FURNITURE FROM INSIDE THE LODGES AT ANY TIME
