The building will be constructed in accordance with the following base specification. It will be designed and constructed in accordance with all relevant British Standards and current best practice. The design will be based on the recommendations of the BCO Office Guidelines.

• Floors and Ceilings 150mm (nominal) raised floor access and metal ceiling tiles

The original Granta Park masterplan was prepared in the 1990s by Eric Parry Architects with Glanville Associates responsible for the design of all on site services and highway engineering and Carter Jonas acting as planning consultants.
This original team will provide a full service on behalf of the freeholder including approval of building drawings within the Granta Park Masterplan criteria, submission and settling of all planning applications.

Ian Laing has been involved in property development since the early 1970’s. He has been responsible for a large number of commercial developments.
These include the transformation of Milton Park near Oxford from an ordnance depot to one of Europe’s leading mixed use business parks and the development of Granta Park from its inception in the mid 1990’s to the recent TWI extension project.

Eric Parry Architects was established in 1983. Eric Parry’s ability to work across many building types is shown in the long standing history of working in all fields of architecture spanning from masterplan design to many office buildings in the City of London as well as educational buildings.
Eric Parry Architects’ masterplan involvement include office building contributions for Stockley Park, a large business park close to Heathrow developed by Stanhope Properties, establishing Phase 1 of the Granta Park Masterplan for The Welding Insitute and the recently completed extension of the existing Welding Institute facilities on site.

Profile
Nigel Porter is a structural engineer and project manager. He has been involved in commercial and laboratory developments for over 30 years.
These have included all the infrastructure works at Granta Park and most of the buildings including the Flowers Building and the current TWI extension.
