In 2008 I successfully completed MGM Resorts International Reach Program. This is nowknown as the Aspire program. After graduating from this program, I was promoted toAssistant Security Manager for Conventions and Special Events. After five months of beingpromoted in 2009, I successfully completed MGM Resorts International Management on Boardprogram. After completing both programs I was asked to be a mentor for two Aspiregraduates from our sister properties.

I am also a proud Diversity Champion.

Oct 2003 to CurrentAssistant Security ManagerMandalay Bay Resort and Casino - Las Vegas, NVWhen I first arrived in Conventions and Special Events we had a staff of 16 part time securityofficers now our staffing has grown to 90 officers.

I am responsible for scheduling, staffing, payroll and conducting interviews for potential newhire candidates. Manage staff schedules for all shifts and events to minimize overtime costs.

I manage internal and external security within our newly remoldeled 2 million-square footconvention building and our 10,00 plus seat arena.

Also in my duties, I recommend and assist the FBI, CIA and Homeland Security departmentswhen we have any high ranking Political members who visit our facility.

In 2010 I was appointed the Manager in charge of our Ringside and Walk out crew for ourBoxing and UFC events. I also work closely with the Nevada Athletic Commission during ourBoxing and UFC events. It is my responsibility to ensure the safety of the Athletic commission

Education

in and around the Ring as well as the welfare of all the fighters who are participating.

I also work with the Metro Police Department Special Events team which is led by SargentBob Kroll during our special events. We coordinate the positioning of the Metro team forinside of the venue as well as for the in coming and outgoing traffic for our garage.
