    Ativao (Aquecimento): 20 minutos

    1. 5 minutos de Corrida Contnua volta do

    campo a um ritmo ligeiro;

    2. 2 a 2 em fila, Mobilizao Geral em 15

    metros (movimentos baseados no FIFA

    11+), e Alongamentos Dinmicos.

    3. 2 a 2 com 1 bola, passam entre si a 2

    toques, 1 curto e depois longo.

    4. Hidratao

    Activation (Warm-up): 20 minutes

    1. 5 minutes of Continuous Run around the

    field with a light rhythm;

    2. 2 by 2 in line, General Mobilization in 15

    yards (movements based on FIFA 11+), and

    Dynamic Stretch;

    3. 2 by 2 with a ball, make passes between

    each other (2 touches), 1st

    short and then

    long;

    4. Hydration.

    Atividade Fundamental 2 (40 minutos)

    GR+10x10+GR.

    Jogo 11x11 a campo todo.

    Equipa cinzenta disposta numa estrutura

    ttica de 1-3-4-3 e a equipa laranja disposta

    numa estrutura ttica de 1-4-3-3.

    Trabalha-se a sada a jogar desde o GR da

    equipa cinzenta (sada a jogar sempre pelos

    defesas).

    Trabalha-se fundamentalmente os vrios

    comportamentos que os laranjas devem

    manifestar na presso. Comeam

    inicialmente numa presso alta (junto

    grande rea adversria), passando depois

    para uma presso mdia (junto ao crculo

    central do meio campo). A linha da defesa

    deve ser sempre colocada junto ao crculo

    central de forma a encurtar os espaos

    entre a equipa.

    Hidratao

    Main Activity 2 (40 minutes)

    GK+10 v. 10+GK.

    11 v. 11 play in the entire field.

    Grey team playing in a tactical system of 1-

    3-4-3 and the orange team playing in a

    tactical system of 1-4-3-3.

    Grey team works the playing from behind

    by the GK (always by the defenders).

    Essentially is working the orange team

    behaviors to applying pressure. Initially

    began with a high pressure (close to the

    opposite penalty box), and after with a

    medium pressure (close the midfield central

    circle). The defense line must always be

    close to the central circle to shorten the

    spaces between the players of the team.

    Posicionamento nos Livres LateraisDefensivos (1 na barreira, 3 zona junto

    marca de penalti, 4 com marcao

    individual na rea, 1 fora da rea junto

    barreira e 1 na zona central da entrada da

    rea).

    Posicionamento nos Cantos Defensivos (1

    ao 1 poste, 3 em cima da linha da pequena

    rea, 4 com marcao individual na rea, 1

    fora da rea do lado do canto e 1 na zona

    central da entrada da rea).

    Main Activity 3 (10 minutes)

    How to dispose the players in the DefensiveLateral Free Kicks (1 in the barrier, 3 near

    the penalty spot in zonal defense, 4 making

    individual marking in the penalty box, 1

    outside the box near the barrier and 1 in

    front of the box in the central zone).

    How to dispose in the Defensive Corners (1

    at the 1st

    post, 3 up the line of the little area,

    4 making individual marking in the penalty

    box, 1 outside the box in the corner side

    and 1 in front of the box in the central zone).

    Retorno Calma (5 minutos)

    Andar volta do campo de futebol a passo

    ligeiro (1 volta).

    Walk around the field with a light rhythm (1

    lap).
