Guide to Completing Partogram

This partogram should be completed during your labour ward

attachment.

Each student should complete the partogram whilst in the deliveryroom. The goal of your labour ward attachment is that you will gainan understanding of the onset of labour, the different stages oflabour and the management of both primigravid and mulitgravidpatients. Special emphasis should also be placed on improving yourunderstanding of electronic fetal monitoring and the use of oxytocinto correct dystocia.
