Die analget ische \Virkung auf W~irmereiz wurde mit
der yon uns angege benen Methode an der Maus un te r -
sucht (GRoss~) . Weiterhin wurde an der Rat te die Reak-
t ion auf Druckschmerz quan t i t a t iv bes t immt (GREENund YOUNG n) und am Kan inc hen die Au fhe bun g der
durch Knei f en am Ohr hervorgerufene n Abwehr reak t ion .

be ll e I zusammenge s te l l t en Wer te n geh t hervor , das s
Subs t i tu t ion mi t e iner Ni t rogruppe in S te l lung 5 zu
e iner e rheb l i chen S te ige rung der ana lge t i s ehen %qrkung
f i ihr t , w/ ihrend dies be[ Subs t i tut ion in 6-Stel tung nicht
