Subsequently dismlssed.Union rep., Raul Cantu, drafted/submltted an unlnformatlve, three-sentence grievance whlch was summarily deniedwithout Debra belng accorded an opportunþto attend and present at any hearing.Subsequently, Debra rece¡ved memo dated 1123,1208 lnformlng her that the union would not proceed to arbitration.The memo cited ufacts uncovered ln our investigat¡onn without detail or disclosure. Debra was never intervlewed.She was told by union administrators that she could not see alleged vldeo evldence.
