B. SUBMITTAL TO C1TY:A full set of plans must be approved and stampedby the Owner prior to permit application.Tenant or his sign contractor, must submit tothe City of Oxnard, and will be responsiblefor all applicable permit fees and applicationsfor the Planning and Building departments.

1. A stamped set of final drawings reflectingthe Owner's and City's approval shall befile in the Owner's office.

D. The Owner may, at his sole discretionand at the Tenant's expense, correct,replace, or remove any sign that is insta/ledwithout written approval and/or that isdeemed unacceptable pertaíníngto thís sign programo

C) SIGN COLOR5 AND FINI5HE5AII Tenants' colors must be approved by the Ownerprior to fabrication. To assíst in achieving aharmonious blend of color throughout the center.the followíng guidelines are to be adhered to:

- Color must be selected from Tenant Color Palette... Sign colors should be selected to provide

sufficient contrast against building backgroundcolor and be compatible with buildingbackground colors.

colors for optimum daytirne readability.Interior of open channel letters should bepainted dark when against Iight background.

D) TYPE STYLESThe use of logos and distinctíve type styles isencouraged for all tenant signs. Tenants mayadapt established type styles, logos and/or iconsthat are used on similar locations operatedby them in California and/or the U.S. Logosmust be registered Trade Mark.These images must be architecturally compatibleand approved by Owner. Type may be arranged inone (1) or two (2) lines of copy and may consistof upper and/or lower case letters.

AII tenants are encouraged to use concealed LEDwith (reverse) channel letters. These letters are to be a minimum3.5" thick and not to exceed 6" Pegged off wall 1.5" withstandoff painted to match wall color.Approved LED colors are Red, Amber; White, and Blue. Othertechniques will be considered on an individual basis.

SIGN AREA:Tenant name and/or logo: Maximurn of 1 square foot per linearfoot of store frontage or the allowable sign area per space perthe criteria elevations, whichever is greater. length of signsis Maximum 60% of leasehold width.

MAXIMUM HEIGHT:Maximum letter height is 18" for the first characterand 14" Maximum there after with a 24" maximum overall heightof graphics or multiple Iines.

lIGHTING:Multiple lighting techniques are allowed and encouraged.lnternalLED is the preferred method. Externallighting used to illuminate a

Construction requirements should indude:

A) Lags, fasteners, or screws are to be rust proof plated stainless steeland installed in a concealed manner.

B) Full weld construction.

C) Building penetrations are to be watertight sealed.

D) UL labeling required.

E) No labeling or other identification is to be exposed.

F) Contractors shall repair all damages caused by their work.

G) IlIumination must use mínimum 15 millimeter or 60 milliamp tubing.

H) Letter depth not to exceed (4) ¡nches.
