DRYWELLS, AS SHOWN ON THE PLAN, WILL BE CONSTRUCTED FOR PRIVATE STORM WATER DISPOSAL WITHOUT DISCHARGING

PRIVATE STORMWATER ONTO ADJACENT PROPERTIES. THE PUBLIC DRAINAGE WILL CONTINUE TO FLOW TO EXISTING FACILITIES

10. THE PROPOSED DRAINAGE SYSTEM HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO PROVIDE WATER QUALITY TREATMENT AND FLOW CONTROL FOR

THE 25-YEAR STORM EVENT WITH A SAFE OVERFLOW PATH FOR THE 100-YEAR STORM EVENT. THE CONVEYANCE SYSTEM

COMPONENTS SUCH AS INLETS AND STORM DRAIN PIPES HAVE BEEN DESIGNED TO CONVEY THE PEAK FLOWS FROM THE

25-YEAR STORM EVENT.

11. THE PROPOSED PROJECT SITE IS DIVIDED INTO FOUR (4) DRAINAGE BASINS WITH THE AREA I.D.'S SHOWN IN THE TABLE BELOW

AND ON THE PLAN. THE BASINS INCLUDE ALL OF THE ROOF, PARKING, SIDEWALK, AND LANDSCAPED AREAS. THE PRIVATE STORM

RUNOFF IS ROUTED BY SHEET FLOW TO CATCH BASINS AND IS THEN DIRECTED BY STORM DRAIN PIPING TO PROPOSED

SEDIMENTATION MANHOLES AND DRYWELLS. ROOF RUNOFF IS ROUTED DIRECTLY INTO PROPOSED DRYWELLS AND NOT

THROUGH SEDIMENTATION MANHOLES AS PRE-TREATMENT IS NOT REQUIRED BY OREGON DEQ.
