Published on August 11, 2016 As RICS chief economist has indicated the area we need to focus on is home owners associations and home building at the local level. The insight to this I will share from my perspective is the following: Thus via a means of using stimulus packages to enable banks via treasury yield returns to gain greater asset wealth, they the banks in turn will have greater assets relative to lending as it pertains to tiers of capital lending. Therefore with respect to mortgage lending, greater capital means lower interest rates hence how greater capital translates into lower lending interest rates. Thus to extrapolate further within the Housing market, when we build at the local level we are generating value within the local market tho this we are only able to do when there is a demand for home within a given area. Therefore we must calculate via census the quantity of individuals & families whom desire to migrate to or continue to dwell within a given area or region. Thus once quantitatively accounting for migration levels & an area or regions set individuals or couples planning to start families whom will reach home ownership age in this case millennials, we are thus able to calculate the demand of prospectus home owners within the given area or region . Also we must also account for families whom seek upgraded home ownership with respect to aggregate pay raises relative to economic expansion within a given economy.
