Having dedicated engineering teams, the UK QRCs can provide complete system analysis and advice. Using analytical tools such as Finite Element Analysis, Rotor Dynamics Analysis Programs, Computational Fluid Dynamics and WANDA, Flowserve has isolated the root causes that negatively affect equipment life.

Fully equipped field teams utilise the most advanced Exd rated laser alignment and condition monitoring equipment technologies to ensure correct installation of your equipment.

Our service teams are capable of working in all industry sectors, and comply with the appropriate specifications, including WIMES, API and ISO, etc. Full factory performance testing is available at the Flowserve Newark pump test facility. Client site testing utilising advanced thermodynamic equipment configured with the Flowserve IPS Datalogging system can provide realtime system assessment and recommendations to improve system performance.
