GENERAL INFOLOCATIONS
Located in Jerusalem's East Talpiot neighborhood, the Beit Canada Absorption Center is in a quiet, residential, neighborhood and is a convenient 15 minute ride to the city's center. There are classrooms, a synagogue on site, library, lounge area with cable TV and Wi-Fi, VCR, and a �tness center. The one to two-room apartments include a kitchenette and bathroom, with basicfurnishings. There are two people in the one-room apartments, and 4 in a two-room apartment.
The dining room serves two kosher meals a day (lunch and dinner) at scheduled times, with an option for vegetarian food.Connections to cable television and telephone are available through local providers, at the oleh's own expense. Central heating and hot water (small electric boilers for each apartment) are provided.
The Ulpan is located on the bustling Harbor Campus of Haifa, Israel's capital of the North and the third largest city. Situated on the rocky green slopes of Mount Carmel and the blue waters of the Mediterranean coast, Haifa has a decidedly European �avor, with a rich and diverse culture, great beaches, and two major university campuses. It is a city characterized by its pluralism and coexistence.
Participants are housed in 4-room apartments, each with their own room, on the Port Campus (Campus HaNamal). Theapartments are in a newly renovated building, with an ocean view. The furnished rooms include: a microwave, fridge, toaster oven, a cooking range, and Wi-Fi. Lunch is provided daily.
Ulpan Etzion has a stellar reputation for its Hebrew instruction. The 5 - month long integration and study program is based on 5 days a week, 5 hours a day Hebrew course. Students are placed according to their Hebrew pro�ciency level. They are taught by Ministry of Education-certi�ed Hebrew teachers. In addition to language study, there are special sessions on Jewish culture and Israeli society integrated into the curriculum.

Aiming to build an oleh's �rst community in Israel, Ulpan Etzion exposes students to rich cultural programs. Ulpan Etzion sta� schedule lectures, parties, hikes, trips and other extra-curricular activities into the program.Ulpan Etzion’s sta� is available 24 hours a day, and accompany the Olim at every stage of the ulpan.

Subsidized room and board for 5 months:• 5400 NIS (approx $1300US) in Jerusalem (utilities included);• 5000 NIS (approx $1200US) in Haifa (excluding utilities) • Costs are subject to change.
