TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GO TO WEBSITE FOR COMPLETE LIST OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS):

1. Rebates on Control on Fertilizer/Granules will be paid ONLY on quantities verified using EDI data. No invoice submissions will be accepted. Rate lock does not apply to Control Products on Fertilizer/Granules.

2. Fertilizer/granule products are combined and not counted as individual products for the matching rebate. EXAMPLE: Contront® TR and Confront 3 specialty herbicides are considered one product. They would not count as two separate products.

3. Products in the matching program are considered “different products” and not just 2 or more of the same product.

4. Any rebates due will be paid in May 2021 and December 2021.

5. Qualifying products must be invoiced October 1, 2020 - September 30, 2021. EOP 1 is October 1 - December 31, 2020. EOP 2 is January 1 - February 28, 2021.

6. You must submit your Rebate Form online with the exception of the Control Products on Fertilizer/Granules (will be paid via EDI). You can upload your invoices, if required, or mail them along with a copy of your completed submission to the address below. Invoices must be uploaded or mailed with a postmark date of no later than October 31, 2021:

7. If your distributor is not reporting EDI, invoices, with invoice numbers (#s), are required to verify the purchase of all participating products. If invoices are not available, we can accept: bill of lading, packing list, and invoice summary reports with the Distributor’s letterhead, provided that they show: an invoice number (#), a clear product description, quantity purchased, date of purchase, name of purchaser, and the name and location of the selling organization.

8. Corteva Agriscience Program Administration will be responsible for completing final calculations. All decisions will be final.

9. Rebate checks will not be issued for less than $300.00. To be eligible, your earned rebate amount must be at least $300.00.

10. Rebates will be awarded based on purchases by end users/applicators only. Purchases submitted by a re-seller of Corteva T&O products will not qualify for any rebate.

11. Corteva reserves the right to audit end user purchases and the use of Corteva products for compliance including program earnings, and all such earnings will be forfeited if program records are determined to be false.

12. Where permitted by law, Corteva may deduct from program payments any amount due by end user to Corteva or its affiliates including, but not limited to, past due amounts, late payments and penalties.

13. Corteva reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without notice.

14. All decisions made by Corteva with respect to program administration and implementation, including calculation of program payments, will be final and binding.

15. Taxes on earnings are the responsibility of the participant.
