Nelbach, executive sec- retary of the National Citizens Committee for World Health Or- ganization- of the United Nations, will be the speaker at. the brother- hood meeting of the Women's So- ciety of the Church of the Re- deemer on Valentine La. at 1 p.m. on Thursday. The subject of his talk will be "The World Health Organization A Tool for Peace." Mr.Nelbach served for five years as director of American Friends of Yugoslavia Inc.. a re- lief organization functioning un- der the Department of State.. He was also a member of the United States delegation to the tenth World Health Assembly. He now serves on the board of directors and executive committee of CARE Health Dept. Consultant He- received the degree of mas ter of public health from Yale University in l O and later serv- ed as assistant professor of pub- lic health at the Yale School of Medicine. He also worked for the American Public Health Associ- ation, was technical director of the New Haven Housing Authority, and has served as consultant to a numbem of local and state health departments in New York and Connecticut. He- received the degree of mas ter of public health from Yale University in l O and later serv­ed as assistant professor of pub­lic health at the Yale School of Medicine. He also worked for the American Public Health Associ­ation, was technical director of the New Haven Housing Authority, and has served as consultant to a numbem of local and state health departments in New York and Connecticut.
