Del 15 al 25 de octubre de 2009, 6 estudiantes de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas y
Económicas participaron en un viaje académico a Ginebra, Suiza.
El viaje, que es coordinado por la United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD),
incluyó visitas a:
- La Organización Mundial de Comercio (OMC)
- El Centro de Comercio Internacional (ITC)
- Misiones de Colombia ante la OMC y Naciones Unidas
- La Organización Mundial de Propiedad Intelectual (WIPO)
- La Oficina de Trabajo Internacional (ILO)
- Foro Económico Mundial (WEF)
- Entre otros.
Adicional a las charlas por parte de los expertos de las diferentes instituciones, también se realizaron
talleres de trabajo en inteligencia de mercados y una simulación de negociación.
En este viaje participaron estudiantes de Icesi y de otras cinco universidades colombianas (EAFIT,
Norte, Sabana, Jorge Tadeo Lozano y Tecnológica de Bolivar), que hacen parte de la Red
Colombiana de Profesiones Internacionales.
