Picture • There are 12 halls of residence

• 3,142 places in halls across the city to suit every budget

• Social Programme in Halls of residence: events run by students, for students

• Student Welfare Mentors in each halls to help you get and feel settled

• Accommodation services offer a dedicated advisor for students renting privately - including a tenancy contract reading service

• There is also a dedicated liaison officer to support and advise disabled students

As part of the Social Programme there are welcome events at the beginning of term, other events throughout the year may be themed, and there are movie nights every Thursday!

Finance: Fees2016 Fees…

• Home/EU Tuition Fee - £9,000 per year

• International Fee - £17,230 per year

• (Fees are subject to an inflationary increase as students progress

through their course)

Finance: Loans• Undergraduate students may be able to apply for government student support to cover the

costs of their tuition fees and living costs – you apply for funding from Student Finance

• UAL offer a number of Awards, Bursaries and Scholarships to assist Home/EU students who will be starting

Undergraduate courses – this information is updated through the year

• They can offer financial assistance for financial hardship, tuition fees, contribution for course or accommodation

• Some Award and Bursary eligibility is determined by fee status and household income
