Welcome to the Union College MobilePrint Web Site.
The portal will provide Faculty, Staff, and Students the ability to submit print jobs to Multi-Functional Devices (MFP) across the
Union College Campus from any PC, Mac and Smartphone connected to a Union WiFi network and a web browser or PrinterON
App.
Submitted Print jobs will enter into your existing Equitrac ‘Follow You’ print queues for release. For questions on using Equitrac,
please refer to the Equitrac user guide which can be found at https://its.union.edu/documentation/copier-documentation

Point your Web Browser to the following address:
https://mobileprint.union.edu
Download the ‘PrinterON’ by PrinterOn Inc. app
off the Apple or Google App stores.

To Begin, enter the following address into your Web Browser.
https://mobileprint.union.edu
Then Select the ‘Print’ button
Enter your Union UserID and password at this time.
(Your UserID is your email username without the @union.edu.).

Once logged in, select the appropriate
printer queue.
Students won’t be able to release print
jobs using the FacultyStaff print
queues.
Student Print queues can be used to
print at the copiers in the Library,
Campus Center and College Park
Hall.
Once a printer queue is selected,
please attach a file or the appropriate
Web Page you wish to print.

Then select the number of copies and page range
The default ‘Copies’ if left blank is (1)
The default ‘Page Range’ if left blank is (All Pages)
Select ‘Continue’ to advance to the next screen
You can modify the default paper size, duplex and page orientation on
this screen.
Once verified, select continue to submit the print job to Equitrac.

When you see a ‘Complete’ screen, you can select another printer, job or exit
from the Web Browser.

Mobile Application PrinterONPrint Submission Process
Download the PrinterOn by PrinterOn Inc App from the iTunes or Google Apps store.
Before you can submit jobs to print, you will need to configure the application.
Open the application and follow the steps on the next page to configure the application.

Union College PrinterON Print Submission SetupSelect the ‘Settings’ button on the bottom right of the PrinterOn Home Screen.
Then select the ‘Services’ option and enter the ‘Server’ ‘Path’ ‘SSL’ and ‘Default Service’ settings shown below.
Click the ‘Test Service’ button to verify the connection.
Select the ‘Check’ on the top right of the screen to save the settings.
Select the ‘Left Arrow’ on the top left of the screen to return to the previous menu.

Now select the ‘User Accounts’ option and enter the ‘Account’ ‘Password’ and ‘Default User for the Following Services’ settings
Please note, your ‘Account’ is your Union User ID and ‘Password’ is your Union Password.
Both the “Account’ and ‘Password’ are required fields when using Union MobilePrint.
Set ‘mobileprint.union.edu’ to active for the ‘Set as default user for the following services:’ section below.
Select the ‘Check’ on the top right of the screen to save the settings.
Select the ‘Left Arrow’ on the top left of the screen to return to the previous menu.

Once the ‘Services’ and ‘User Accounts’ settings are established, we can now select a printer queue.
Select the ‘No Printer Selected’ option on the lower section of the screen and then select the ‘Enterprise’ Key at the bottom of the
screen. You will then see your list of printer queues available. Select the appropriate queue to make it your Default Printer queue.
Please note, students will not be able to release print jobs through faculty Print Queues.

Union College PrinterON Document Selection Process
Select the type of document you wish to print. You can print documents or photos that are stored in Cloud Applications or email a
document or enter a Web Page. Valid document types are listed on Page 3 of this document.
You can set up access to your Google Drive by clicking Documents and then selecting More and turning on Google Drive.
Once selected, depending on the format type, you might see a preview of the document.

Additional print options can be selected on the top right of the screen
Select the ‘Print’ button when ready to release a print to the ‘Follow You’ printer queue.
