Polyethylene (PE) Pressure PipesU

PI manufactures solid w

all Polyethylene and Polypropylene Pressure pipes using the most up-to-

date extrusion machinery supported by technologically advanced autom

ation systems and ultra sound

thickness controls.The production range is from

10mm

to 2000mm

outside diameter (O

D) w

ith a pressure range from

3.2 bar (45 psi) to 25 bar (360 psi), and higher for special circumstances.

Production Consistency

The standard lengths of the pipes are 12, 18 and 24 meters. H

owever w

e can supply any length on custom

er request. Small diam

eter pipes from 16m

m to 110m

m can be supplied in coils from

100 to 500 m

ith special diameters and thickness can be m

The material referred to in this letter is suitable for contact with wholesome water for domestic purposes having met the

requirements of BS6920-1:2000 and/or 2014 'Suitability of non-metallic products for use in contact with water intended for human

consumption with regard to their effect on the quality of the water'.

The reference relates solely to its effect on the quality of the water with which it may come into contact and does not signify the

approval of its mechanical or physical properties for any use.
