-------------) WHEREAS, when General Order No. 107 was adopted by the Court,

it was the intention of the Court to provide a bail forfeiture plan

which would make appearances by persons charged with certain minor

offenses unnecessary if such persons preferred to post bail· and

forfeit the same to avoid the inconvenience of an appearance in

answer to a citation, and

WHEREAS, from time to time it becomes necessary to add or

delete named violations to or from the Order or to amend the Order

to reflect changes made by new legislation, and

WHEREAS, General Order No. 107-A provides that such additions

or deletions may be made to or from General Order No. 107 from time

to time by the Chief Judge with the concurrence of the Magistrates

Committee,

IT IS ORDERED that the attached bail schedule supersedes all

previous bail schedules and additions thereto, and that the

attached bail schedule be made a part of General Order 107 dated

May 27, 1971, and General Order 107-A dated November 8, 1974.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall place a copy of

this Order and the attached Uniform Forfeiture of Collateral

Schedule in the Book of General Orders following General Orders No.

107 and 107-A.
