• This is the script I used for my pitch.

• It was split into cue cards for each slide on what I was going to say. They were used to make my pitch effective for the publisher.

• After completing the pitch, I sent a survey, made on SurveyMonkey, out to Mr Crafts to evaluate my pitch and tell me what went well and how I could improve the Prezi.

• I made a copy of the Prezi I used for my pitch and made the correction on that as I was advised not to make any changes to the original version.

Environment of Presentation

• I have got pictures of the computer I used, an interactive board to make my pitch presentable for everyone and a slide changer so I didn’t have to change the slides from the computer. I think it is always important to have the right equipment to present a pitch to a company because you don’t have to keep moving to and from the computer to change the slides and a big screen can be seen by everyone in the room.
