We are one of the well established & well organized companies in the field of manu-facturing & Supply of process equipments having turnover over 525 Lacs per year. The Company is started its commercial production in year 1975.

We have modern and well equipped Self-Sufficient work shop having total Area 6000 Sq. ft. at Unit-02 and 1,00,000 sq. ft. at Unit-1. We are having association with Consultants for carrying out process and mechanical design & equipments.

We have modern & well-equipped, self-sufficient workshop having total area -1200sq. m. with engineering Stores area - 1500 Sq. ft. and Office area - 400 Sq. ft.. Weare having association with consultants for carrying out process & mechanical design of equipments. We have the separate section for carrying out fabrication ofstainless steel & mild steel equipments.

The organization is equipped with highly qualified 5 mechanical engineers having more than 35-40 years of shop floor experience in the area of fabrication, inspection and Quality Control. The organization has also 1 chemical engineers having more than 38 years of experience in the area of project engineering, design,development, supervision and commissioning of chemical plants and equipments. The organization has manufactured various types of equipments for chemical, Pharmaceuticals industries & Refineries.

Our Work Shop is approved with IBR for manufacturing of Heat Exchanger, Pressure

Vessel & Boiler parts.

Our first unit at Plot No. 706 MANJ USAR-SAVAL GIDC, Taluka -Savli, Dist. Baroda, Gujarat.

INDIA Total area for manufacturing equipments is having 1 lack Square feet with a EOT

Crain of 50 MT Capacity for Lifting purpose, our Second unit at Plot No. 11 Baroda Co -opp. Industrial estate, Old Chhani Octroi naka Vadodara is having 6000 Square feet with a hoist

of 12.50 MT Capacity for Lifting purpose.

for Refrigeration Systems, Scrapped Surface Evaporators for Heat Sensitive Chemical,

Pharmaceuticals & Food products vessels and Pressure Filters etc. for all Chemical Process Industries.

INDUSTRIAL REFRIG ERATION SYSTEMS:

We are also designer, manufacturer, supplier on turnkey basis Industrial Refrigeration system

based on Ammonia / Freon as refrigerant to meet your temperature requirement from plus 10 deg. C to minus 60 deg. C. We have supplied no. of con densers, chillers, receivers and oil separators for

ammonia base refrigeration system having 0 to 450 sq. meter heat transfer area. Refrigeration

plants are either fitted at site or can be made skid mounted at our workshop depending upon size of plants. The plants are highly energy efficient and their operations are controlled by control panels for

auto functions. Controlled panels are either Electronic or Mechanical type of control panels.

INTRODUCTION

HIGH EFFICIEY POWER SAVING IMPELLERS FOR AGITATED REACTORS:

We are also designer, manufacturer & suppliers of HIGH EFFICIENCY POWER SAVING IMPELLERS

(HEPS). We have supplied more that 200 nos. of HEPS IMPELLERS to various industries and running successfully with 40 – 50% of savings of electrical power and improvem ent in yield and quality of

products as well as reduction of time cycle. Each Impeller is balance statically as well as dynamically

for avoiding mechanical failures. HEPS Impellers can also be manufactured for presently installed and running reactors for s aving of power, higher heat and mass transfer, and time cycle of operation.

SODIUM SILICATE PLANTS:

We are the largest supplier of plant and machineries on turnkey basis for Sodium Silicate Product in India & Abroad, where we design, manufacture and supp lies equipments and commission the plant

to customer satisfaction.

THIRD PARTY INSPECTION / MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS:

We also undertake the jobs under the third party inspection (L loyd’s, TUV-NORD, BVIS, Jecob’s, SGS

India, QUEST) also jobs on turnkey bases and maintenance contractors on annual basis.

We are specialized in design, manufacturing and supply of any type of equipments required by

Chemical, Pharmaceuticals, and Allied Industries. We have successfully executed such specializ ed

jobs in past.
