Attention to details is the very core of our business. We carefully choose our materials and follow well-documented procedures to ensure that every unit that leaves our factory can withstand the most extreme conditions - from the arctic temperatures of Siberia to the extreme heat of the deserts.

That is why our tanks are built by highly-skilled welders, painted in a eight-step process to achieve a corrosion class C3, and made from boilerplate steel. Simply because we strongly believe that only the best is good enough.

CityFlex® series

A compact unit for urban areasThe CityFlex® is an extremely agile and versatile unit for all those jobs in narrow and densely populated areas. Even if the job requires driving in-between or inside buildings such as in factory premises, the CityFlex® shines through. Despite its compact size, this powerful unit carries an impressive legal payload and a great fuel economy. This allows you to increase efficiency and production in areas where competitors cannot reach while keeping a low environmental footprint.

Intuitive operationThe remote control and control panel, makes the CityFlex® 204 intuitive in operation. With these, you can operate, for example, the hydraulic end-cover and hose reel. The full-automatic operation also allows for the transport valves to close automatically when the PTO is disengaged. These are just some of the functions that enables the operator to easily and quickly perform a task and move on to the next one without having to carry out manual work.

Classic, Comfort, and PremiumCityFlex® is available in three variations: Classic, Comfort, and Premium, to accommodate to your business needs as best as possible. Whether you need a larger suction hose, more storage and/or a cassette arm, we have the right CityFlex® for you.

Tank

The tank is 4,000 liters and it is approved for 0.5 bar pressure. Equipped with a movable partition for increased flexibility and a fully automatic end cover.

Water

The unit is equipped with a hydraulic hose reel, an Uraca P3-10 pump with 127 l/min @ 160 bar and a water filter for protection of the pump.

Vacuum

With a suction capacity of 197 cfm @ 60% vacuum, and a 3” suction cassette with lift and telescopic arm, you can take any job in the city.

Chassis

The CityFlex® 204 is built on a Mercedes Atego 1323 4X2 chassis. This model comes with a short cab, and it is also available in other chassis.

Urban handling

Made for the business that matters. Yours.Forget about leaving the site to refill water or even water trucks; the RECycler® can finish the job easier, faster, and overall more cost effectively. Our five-step recycling system is the market’s most effective thanks to its continuous operation, which ensures you can clean the pipes easier, faster and uninterruptedly. Increase flexibility and area of use by means of the tanks’ movable partition and by turning off the recycling system when you need it. Do all this while keeping CO2 emissions and water consumption low.

Increase efficiency by 55%The movable partition and the world-leading recycling system provide the means to increase efficiency in jetting, water-filling, and driving by up to 55%. Being able to turn off the recycling system and use the unit as a conventional Jet-Vac adds an extra to the efficiency.
