Rules and Regulations

1. Eligibility

a) The case challenge is open to full time students of the PGPM/ PGDM courses in the following campuses:

a. IIM Ahmedabad b. IIM Bangalore c. IIM Calcutta d. IIM Lucknow e. MDI Gurgaon f. XLRI Jamshedpur g. SP Jain Mumbai h. JBIMS Mumbai i. FMS Delhi j. ISB Hyderabad

b) Each Team can comprise of 2-4 Members. c) The Team Members can be from either first year or second year or a mix of both d) A student can be part of only one Team e) A maximum of 1 exchange student is allowed to be part of a team (Not applicable for team

size 2)

2. First Round Submission: a) The Submission should be in the form of a PowerPoint presentation.

b) The Presentation should have a Maximum of 5 Slides excluding Cover Slide, Agenda, and Appendix.

c) If there are supporting files such as an Excel sheet, all files including the presentation must be compressed into a single folder and sent.

d) Naming Convention for all files is <Team Name>_<Campus Name>_Unleash.XXX - Eg: TeamNova_IIM-B_unleash.pptx, TeamNova_IIM-B_Unleash.zip

e) The maximum size of all attachments together is 15 MB.

f) The Subject Line of the e-mail should be: R1_<Team Name>_<Campus Name>_Unleash

g) Only one solution per team is allowed. Solutions once submitted cannot be changed

h) Last date of entries is 28th September, 2015, before 23:59:59

3. Novartis at its sole discretion will select top three submissions from each participating institution. The decision of Novartis shall be final and binding.

4. First Round Video Submission: a) Top 3 teams from every campus will have to submit a video recording of their presentation

b) The Video should be of Maximum 15 Minutes - The presentation should be for a maximum of 10 minutes with the remaining 5 minutes for any queries we might have raised post the PPT submission

c) The naming convention for the video file is <Team Name>_<Campus Name>_Unleash

d) The campus winners will be eligible for the prize money only if there are 3 qualifying entries selected for the video submission round. 5. From among the video submission selected, Novartis will select the final winning team. The decision of Novartis shall be final and binding. 6. Rules for the final round case submission and finale will be shared post campus winner announcement.
