FIVE MICRON PARTICIPATE FILTRATION A high capacity sediment filter is used for the removal of larger sand, rust and dirt particles from the incoming municipal water supply.

SOLID BLOCK CARBON FILTRATION – .5 MICRON This solid block carbon filter removes any lingering tastes or odors that may have built up in the holding tank. Also sediments down to .5 micron in size are also removed.

ULTRAVIOLET STERILIZATIONThe Ultraviolet (UV) lamp sanitizer is the final process. It is used to ensure no bacteria, virus, cysts and pathogens will enter the consumer’s container. The machine is designed to shut down should the UV bulb fail.

5ACTIVATED CARBON ABSORPTION A high grade, commercial quality, activated carbon filter that removes, or reduces chlorine and a wide range of volatile halogens, pesticides, herbicides, and industrial solvents such as THM’s Benzen, EDB, Trichlorothane, DBCP, Dichloropropane, Dichloroethylene, as well as many other harmful and foul tasting chemicals.

Water Vending Machine Location Agreement

Owner (Location) herby grants ____________________________ (Operator) for the term of this agreement, exclusive rights to install and operate coin and non-coin Water Purification Vending & Dispensing Machines for public use at the above-described location that is owned or leased by Owner.

All installation labor, supplies, and equipment will be at Operator’s sole expense.

Only the operator or its agents are allowed to open, adjust, remove, disconnect, promote, repair, replace or alter the Water Purification Machine in any way, and the Water Machine(s) and all related equipment, will remain the sole property of the operator or assigns.

Operator shall collect the money from the machine and pay Location according to the schedule below within 5 days from the end of each month.

1st $25 collected will be paid to Location to cover water and power expenses.2nd $350 collected will be paid to Operator to pay for equipment and maintenance fee. Monies collected over $375 will be split 50% to Location and 50% to Operator.

This agreement shall prevail for a term of _________ months from the date of its execution, and shall continue in full force unless amended by a full written agreement of all parties. This Agreement shall automatically renew on the same terms and conditions for an additional two (2) year term unless Operator receives a written notice from the Location of the intent to terminate. This shall be no less than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the initial term.

Location shall provide all electrical power and water necessary to operate Water Machine and agrees to promptly notify Operator in the event it needs repair, is vandalized or stolen. Location is not liable for theft, vandalism, or destruction of Water Machine.

Operator may at any time sell or assign its interest and rights under this Agreement in which event Operator shall have no further responsibilities or liabilities hereunder.

In the event the Location sells, assigns or transfers his interest in the business location, the Agreement shall become binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successor, assignee or transferee of said business location.
