Offer valid on qualifying purchases from April 6, 2016 through June 30, 2016

1. Buy either of the qualifying Furuno product listed below and submit the following items: ❑ Completed redemption coupon ❑ Original UPC label with serial number cut from the box ❑ Purchase receipt dated April 6, 2016 through June 30, 2016. Please keep a copy of all rebate materials for your records.

2. All requests must be postmarked by July 31, 2016.
