Week in ReviewWe had a fun week reading Chicka Chicka Boom Boom and making our own coconut trees! Some other favorite books were Alphabet Mystery, Alphabet Adventure and Alphabet Rescue! We continue to work in our calendar folders to work on different math concepts as well as the alphabet hike to recognize alphabet sounds. We have read and illustrated a few poems for our poetry binders. We used our own dictionary and worked on recognizing number words and color words. We’ve been busy learning how to “Read to Self” and how to retell stories! We did several fun activities with our names after reading Chrysanthemum Finally, the cool weather came…happy Friday!!
