1. Go to website: https://apps.mda.mo.gov/Commoditycheckoff/MDA-Commodity-Merchandising

2. Under the User Account Section, if existing user, click “Login.” If you are new to Commodity Merchandising, click “Create Account.”

New Account Benefits:• Non-expiring passwords: you will no longer be required to

change your MO Login password every 90 days.• You can now update your account information! This

includes: email, name and password.• Accounts created prior to March 5, 2019 will need to

be updated.• Updating to the new login will be available after 12 p.m. on

March 5, 2019.

4. An email will be sent to the email address entered. Please open the email from the Missouri Account System. (This link will expire in 1 hour.)

5. The email will look similar to the following image. Click the “Account Registration” link or utilize the full link in the email.

6. You will be directed to a “Create Account” screen to create a new password. Please enter all information - “Middle Name” is not required. Once finished, click the “Create Account” button.

3. Enter email address currently used for Commodity Merchandising. Click “Request Account.”

7. Click “Return to Commodity Merchandising.” Then, login using your newly created account. Click “Login.”

8. You should now be on the “My Account Information” page. This page should be updated and have all of your account information listed.
