Key Deliverables:Inventory Budgeting with Finance department to ensure that inventory levels being maintained and monitored at optimum level within company policy.Co-ordination with Shipping and Logistics department for timely delivery of incoming and outgoing shipments in good condition.Co-ordination with Production department to plan and prepare weekly schedule for total volume of FG’s expected to transfer to warehouse and ensuring optimized space for storage.Co-ordination with Planning department to ensure that 100% Raw material available for scheduled production on monthly basis and raw materials are planned in such a way that there is NIL down time on production lines.Inventory consumption Analysis with production department against standard consumption against actual consumption and digging in depth to determine the reasons for over/under consumption of inventory.Managing Storage & Space Optimization in racking at most effective way to ensure that goods are stored at safe level and in good condition.Organizing periodical inventory stock take, regular cycle count to ensure accuracy and consistency in stocks in Books vs Actual stocks. Preparation of Master weekly warehouse schedule for planned task and assigning manpower accordingly to ensure that weekly targets are met.Overseeing/Managing WMS/ERP perpetual updates and stocks are managed at optimum level.Overseeing MHEs serviced and maintained as per maintenance schedule.Ensuring Health and Safety are being followed and records are up to date on monthly safety index.
