VIII. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION OR EX PLANATIONS. a,~i~t,v~ o~o~Although not r~quired, 1 am reporzing the following: I own a 1.1% limited partnership inta~-st in Mr. Blu~ Ltd. Partners which owns a 2.73% interest in anotherentity, the Shopping Center Pannership. l have never r e p o r t e d this interest because, during my t~nure, it has never had a value of $ 1,00 0 or more. In other words,there has never been a s~condary market for m y interest during my tenure. However, it carri~ the potential for a tax liability (the amount of which and timing Icannot predict). Although I am not obligated to report this inter~ as an ass~ I am reporting it in an abundance of caution because under the current economicconditions, I am concerned that some tax liability could arise in connection with the interest. It should be noted, however, that I have no information from thegeneral panner and no information regarding the partnership from any other som-c that suggests any current tax liability exposure; I am relying simply on myknowledge of current economic conditions, my understanding of the tax liabilites that can be associated with limited partnership interests generally and myknowledge of the history of these entities.
