DAILY ACTIVITY SUMMARY
MONDAY, 15 JUNE: Depart South Africa from either OR Tambo Airport or Cape Town International Airport between 13h00 and 14h00. Meet up in Dubai and then both teams depart at midnight for Washington DC. TUESDAY, 16 JUNE: Arrive at Washington’s Dulles Airport at 08h40. Clear Immigration and Customs and depart by coach for our city centre hotel. Room occupation may be delayed as check-in time is 16h00. With your luggage safely stored, there is time to take a walk around beautiful Washington DC.
WEDNESDAY, 17 to FRIDAY, 19 JUNE: Your Tour Escorts, Calvin and Wendy, will be at Reception each morning to give advice on, and directions to, the attractions of Washington DC e.g. The White House, The Capitol, The Mall, Lincoln Memorial, The Pentagon, Arlington Cemetery, Washington Memorial, Smithsonian Museums including the Air and Space Museum, Washington DC Trolley or Hop-on-Hop-off Tours, Shopping at Tyson’s Corner Mall or Pentagon City, the excellent Metro, an optional day trip to Six Flags Theme Park.
SATURDAY, 20 JUNE: We depart from Washington National Airport for Orlando arriving there at the same time as the B Tour arrives from South Africa. From then on you will participate in the B Tour programme.

FRIDAY, 19 JUNE: Depart South Africa from either OR Tambo Airport or Cape Town International Airport between 13h00 and 14h00. Meet up in Dubai and then both teams depart at midnight for Orlando, Florida. SATURDAY, 20 JUNE: Arrive at Orlando at 10h25. Transfer by coach to the Hilton DoubleTree SeaWorld Resort Hotel. Room occupation may be delayed as check-in time is 15h00. Your first commitment will be attending the Chairman’s Welcome meeting at 17h00. You will also receive your complimentary two-week I’Ride Pass.
SUNDAY, 21 to THURSDAY, 25 JUNE: Absorb the six hour time change, get used to the heat and humidity, meet all the participants and be briefed on the local tournament strategies and customs. You will take delivery of your tournament fighting kit, and experience three strenuous training sessions. Also, enjoy what the “world’s favourite playground”, Orlando, has to offer.

MONDAY, 29 JUNE: The coach departs for the Orlando Airport at 09h30, and your flight departs at 14h00. TUESDAY, 30 JUNE: 12h15 is the local arrival time in Dubai. At 14h40 flight to Johannesburg will depart, arriving the same day at 20h50. Cape Town persons will stroll to the City Lodge Hotel. Your accommodation and breakfast has been arranged and prepaid. WEDNESDAY, 1 JULY: After breakfast, Cape Town persons will stroll back across the roadway to check in for their flight to Cape Town. Time and flight details will be advised.
