Simple set-up used to hold bulkier and larger boxes, usually found in second or third drawer.

Usually used in second drawer for uncontrolled meds that can be stocked by a Pharmacy Tech. This tray can be used in the first drawer for exchange if not using a lot of vials and ampules.

Ampule Insert

This tray is used as an exchange tray with the Pharmacy. The tray is sealed with a tamper evident security bag or a plexi-lid locked with security seals. When the bag or the seals are broken the tray is taken to the Pharmacy and exchanged for a sealed tray.

Because of the two rows of ampule and vial dividers H+H recommends this set-up for Anesthesia because of the numerous drugs that are stored for OR cases in the cart. This tray can also be sealed with a security bag or plexi-lid and can also be exchanged with the Pharmacy.

This tray is usually found in the bottom drawers, which range from 6" to 9" high. IV bags, air tubes, large boxes, etc. are usually stored in this tray. This tray can be used in Anesthesia as well as code and crash carts.

Press up with firm pressure to break the strip.

Mark the needed length to the strip.

Take the clip at the open end at the bottom and start to slide onto the edge of the strip.

Use another strip and score the strip on the marked posi-tion with a retractable knife three times.

Connect the clip with the other strip and place them to the desired position.

Position your hands on both sides of the score.

Redo the same steps to built your specific needed compartments.

All of the H+H SYSTEM dividers come with labeling options. Most dividers have a built in label holder so that you can label your meds in each compartment.

Each label holder takes a label 1" x 2-1/2" in size. H+H will print all your labeling needs on cardboard labels with all of your info. Information such as drug name, par quantity, dosage, etc., is printed on the labels. There are 36 labels per sheet.

There are a variety of label holders, such as plastic and vinyl label sleeves, that can be glued or adhered with adhesive tape onto the dividers and clips.

When using the labeling system from H+H, retrieval and restocking of needs are much fas-ter. The labeling option saves you time in inventorying your tray to replace used or expired drugs. There will always be a place for each drug in your tray, which could also help reduce med errors.


H+H provides other options for labeling, such as barcoding.With the H+H labeling system it is very easy to remove and change labels.

The H+H SYSTEM makes plexi-lids in clear and bronze for any size tray.The ends of the lids are bent for security.

The front and back of the lid have two holes, each for securing the lid to the tray with locks or seals.

H+H also supplies security bags, locks, and seals for all of H+H standard molded trays and some fabricated trays. The bags have a self-adhesive strip for sealing and a perforation in the middle of the bag for easy access. Bags come in clear and bronze, or with a red or blue strip across the perforation.
