Ø` is a profile designed to improvethe performance of tightening wrenchesTheØ` profile is the result of meticulous computer-assistedstudies that have led us to replace the traditional hexagon and bihexagonprofiles with curved profiles. These offer considerable advantages, including:longer tool life, absence of sharp edges that could cause breakage, less risk of damage to nuts and screwsbecause force is applied to the sides of the nuts rather than to the corners, increased tightening power, plus a general reduction in stresses due to theinvolvement of larger contact surfaces.

USAG Ergonomic handles: comfort, performance and safetyDimensions and handleshape: have been studied tooptimise contact with thehand. A strong and safe holdenables a firm grip with theutmost comfort.
The anti-slide material Employedfor the external surface of thehandle, increases the pliers grip inany working situation. The internal core, made by a morerigid material, assures a perfect fiton to the metal part.
The safe employ of the pliersis assured by theindispensable “anti-slipmoulding” studied andrealised for the mostprofessional requirements.
The handle shape is the resultof a careful ergonomic study inrelation to the various employsof the tool. The whole of itssurface has been madeanalysing in detail the contactof the hand with the variousparts of the pliers.

170 Series Digital Multimeters
Setting the new standard for industrial maintenance and field service
11 10342-eng Rev. 04
The three models of the 170 Series arethe benchmarks for general purposemultimeters. They set the standard with acombination of precision, features, ease-of-use, safety and reliability. All models offer True RMS AC voltage andcurrent readings, 6000-count resolution,min-max-average recording, as well asfrequency and capacitance ranges.Despite all these and many other usefulfeatures, the 170 Series remain easy to use. The ergonomic case with integratedholster protects the units in rough andtough environments.
To change the batteries, the case doesnot have to be opened as access to thebatteries is through an easy-to-openbattery door.
Safety ConformanceAll inputs are protected to EN610101-1CAT IV 600V/CAT III 1000V. UL, CSA, TÜV and VDE listed.
