MethodologySample blended team engagement between Vignette, Customer and Creative Agency

Discovery Phase UE Architect key member of team through all phases. Meet with client and creative agency to review design strategy, requirements and scope. Participate in creative design reviews and provide feedback where/when necessary. Communicate best practices as they pertain to designing for dynamic portal and content

management systems when appropriate. If applicable, execute any of the UE Consulting packages outlined above.

Design Phase Participate in creative design reviews and provide feedback where/when necessary. Create product UI Implementation Recommendation Document for final design. If applicable, execute any of the UE Design Services packages outlined above.

Implementation Phase Lead the implementation of presentation components in Vignette Products. Serve as the conduit between development team, customer and creative agency to ensure

customers brand identity is maintained, best practices and industry standards are followed.

If applicable, execute any of the UE Development Services packages outlined above.

Testing Phase Execute ADA-508 and WCAG compliance testing and document solutions and

recommendations.
