Burn the Meal – Home Screen
• The home screen serves asa dashboard where you cansee useful workout relatedstats
• There are two options inthe home screen
1. “Progress” mode showsmonthly statistics
2. “Statistics” mode shows totalworkout stats since the appwas download

Burn the Meal – Calendar SettingCalendar setting is where you add and keep track of the details for your
monthly calorie intake
Click on the date for whenyou want to add food
Click on Subject fieldto name the meal
After you havenamed the meal,click on Add Food
In the Add Food section, you canchoose from Customize, Favorite
and Library to add food
Follow the process below to add meals/foods that you ate
