1hat orders may e in an e(ce-tion status and ta3e correcti0e action uic3ly. :sing Conditional

o-erational en0ironment, 4unctionality, and a--lications o4 DiMetric. :sers 1ill 4ind it easy

through a series o4 easy?to?4ollo1 screens 1ith detailed instructions.

This document is divided into two sections as follows:

Section 1: Access to DiMetric system

Introduction to some simple operations to access the DiMetric system

then DiMetric main page.

Section 2: Operational Procedures

Overall description which includes all functions and the way to openeach feature and process the data. Users could find what they need to

do; their business depends on their role such as reading document or

download desired information.

In addition to these sections the !ppendices contain "ist of !cronyms #ystem

$e%uirements and &ommon 'nvironment 'rrors.





Access To DiMetric System

The login 4orm o4 DiMetric System Wesite is dis-layed as sho1n in 4igure & elo1.

To login the DiMetric system, users ha0e to 4ollo1 these ste-s&. >nter 0alid username and -ass1ord res-ecti0ely. Moreo0er, i4 user enters

the in0alid username or -ass1ord, user 1ill e as3ed to enter right usernameand -ass1ord again as sho1 in 4igure elo1.

utton, a ne1 screen called ,orgot *ass-ord a--eared. t this screen,user enters the 0alid email 1hich used to create an account in DiMetricsystem into the email ro1. Then clic3s on !. utton, user 1ill eautomatically recei0ed username and -ass1ord detail in users email.
