Attestation: Employment Contract This service is used for contracts to be attested (certified and stamped) by TECHNO PARK. Customer would need three sets of the EC to be submitted to TECHNO PARK. Navigation:

1. Enter the Employee Number or the Post Number by clicking on the magnifying glass next to their fields then searching for the appropriate entry using the given criteria. Entering both will not be taken in by the system.

2. Specify Reason for Request/Additional Information from TECHNO PARK. This is an optional field that can be used to specify special cases/information for TECHNO PARK.

3. Click on save request for later action or Submit to Free Zone (Approver) or Submit to Approver (Entry).

Company Employment Card Note that there is no Service “Apply for CEC”. This is because the application for a new CEC is already packaged with the Employment Visa application.

Amend CEC As part of the Employee Contract Amendment wherein the job title is change, this service is availed to reflect the same in the Company Employee Card. Navigation:

1. Indicate whether the picture on the CEC is to be changed

2. Input Employee No.

a. Enter the Employee Number by Clicking on the magnifying glass icon

next to the field. b. Search for Employee in the pop up window with any of the following

criteria: Employee Number, First Name, Last Name, Passport Number, Job Title or Nationality.

3. After entering or selecting the Employee Number, some fields in the request page will be automatically populated.

4. Click on Save Request for later action or Submit to Free Zone (Approver) or Submit to Approver (Entry).

Duplicate CEC

This Service is used to apply for a duplicate CEC in the event that the original CEC was lost. Company also has to submit a Lost Document Letter to obtain a Police Report (a required document for this service. Navigation:

1. Indicate whether a Police Clearance is Obtained (Choosing “No” would invalidate the request)

2. Enter the Employee ID in the field. Alternatively, you can use the lookup icon to search for a specific ID by using different search criteria.

3. Specify the request/ additional information for TECHNO PARK (Optional)

4. Click on save request for later action or Submit to Free Zone (Approver) or

Submit to Approver (Entry).

Renew CEC This service renews an expiring CEC. A CEC is valid for up to 3 years. Renewals through portals must not be less than 15 days prior to expiry. Navigation:

1. Click on Create New Request in the Service Main Screen

2. Click on Create a New Request

3. You will see a list of Employment Card Numbers which expired within the last

30 days from the date of expiry or valid up to 60 days

4. Search can be refined by clicking on A. [SEARCH CARDS] B. then on the

search page, search using the following search criteria: Employee Number, Passport Number and Expiry Date

5. Check the CEC that needs to be renewed.

6. Click on Submit to Free Zone once the selection is finished

Employment Contract

Amend Employment Contract

This service is used to amend salary, designation and allowance of an employee. The new TECHNO PARK contract is 4 pages long. Bank Guarantee has to be adjusted accordingly for Salary Amendments. Navigation:

1. Enter Employee Number by clicking on the magnifying glass next to the field

and then searching using any of the following criteria: Employee Number, First Name, Last Name, Passport Number, Job Title and Nationality.

2. Wait for the rest of the details to populate automatically after selecting Employee Number.

3. Enter the New Salary information.

4. Then click on Save for future action or Submit to Approver (If Entry User) / Submit to Free Zone (If Approver User).

Apply for Employment Visa This service is used to apply for an Employee’s Employment Visa. First, we need to consider a few things about this service. An Employment Visa has 2 parts: The Entry Permit and the Residence Visa.

Navigation 1. Indicate The Urgency of the Request

2. Specify whether Courier collection/delivery is required

3. Enter or Select required information in the following fields: Title, Given Name, Last Name, Short Name (Enter First Name in this field if there is no Short Name in the Passport), Sex, Place of Birth.

4. Enter Country of Birth by clicking on the magnifying glass icon next to the field

On the pop-up window Enter at least one full or partial search criteria. (Entering “Ind” matches both “India” and “Indonesia”)

5. Enter Employee’s Date of Birth by clicking on the Calendar Icon next to the field

Select the month and year from the appropriate drop downs and finish the selection by clicking on the day.

6. Enter Present Nationality and previous nationality: Some Employees would

have been issued new passports or have been granted citizenship/ naturalization in another country. It is mandatory to indicate the current nationality of the New Employee.

7. Enter Point of Origin: This is not mandatory. Input the Employee’s country of

origin in the field.

8. Bank Guarantee Waived (For Managerial positions only). Choose whether to waive the employee’s Bank Guarantee by indicating the appropriate selection. Bank guarantee is Basic Salary x 1.5 + One way air ticket.

9. Select Religion and Marital Status: Use the drop down box to select the appropriate entry

10. Enter Qualifications: enter the employee’s educational attainment/degree on

the field. Education certificates will be required by TECHNO PARK. Search for the value by clicking on the magnifying glass icon next to the field then enter at least one full or partial search criteria. (Entering “Ind” matches both “India” and “Indonesia”

Choose the closest entry that matches the employee’s educational background.

11. Choose Languages Spoken. Choose the languages known by the employee using the drop down box. Only the first field is mandatory.

12. Select Job Title by clicking on the magnifying glass icon and searching from the pop up window that appears

13. Enter Basic Monthly Salary. Basic Salary is the employee’s salary minus all

allowances.

14. Indicate whether Food is provided. If an Allowance is provided, indicate the value (AED) in the field below.

15. Indicate whether Accommodation is provided. If yes, then choose whether it is

Family or single in the dropdown. If Allowance, indicate the value of the allowance (AED) in the field below.

16. Indicate whether Transport is provided. If an Allowance is provided, enter the value (AED) in the field below.

17. Declare any other allowances your company provides

18. Enter Passport Number.

19. Enter the Passport Place of Issue. (The city in the country where the passport

was issued)

20. Enter the Passport Country of Issue

21. Input Passport Date of Issue and Expiry. Passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months.

22. Enter Permanent Native Address (Address in Home Country)

23. Enter Permanent Native Country

24. Choose whether the Employee is currently inside the UAE or now. If you chose

the “Yes” in the visa amendment selection, then it follows that the person is inside the UAE.

25. If the person is inside the UAE, select his/her appropriate visa type in the dropdown below.

26. Specify the reason for the request/additional Information for TECHNO PARK

(Optional)

27. Click on Save request for later action or Submit to Free Zone (Approver) or

Submit to Approver (Entry)

Correct EVEP

Use this service if you need to request correction of the details on an employee's Entry Permit (spelling of the employee's name, for example).

Navigation:

1. Indicate Urgency of the Request

2. Specify whether the mistake happened on the customer side or not (Charges will vary based on TECHNO PARK’s verification)

3. Click on the magnifying glass icon to and search for the Entry Permit Number using one of the following criteria: Entry Permit Number, First Name, Last

Name, Passport Number, Nationality, job Title and/or Entry Permit Issue/Expiry Date.

4. After entering the Entry Permit Number, wait for the rest of the details to

populate then change the information in the fields that need to be corrected.


Renew EVEP And Entry Permit has 60 days validity for the new hire to enter the UAE. If the employee fails to enter within 60 days, then the entry permit has to be renewed with TECHNO PARK. Use this service to request the renewal of either a Visit Visa Entry Permit or an Employment Entry Permit. You can renew both permits a maximum of two times. Navigation:

1. Indicate the Urgency of the Request.

2. Enter the Entry Permit Number by searching using any of the following criteria:

Entry Permit Number, First Name, Last Name, Passport Number, Nationality, Job Title and Entry Permit Issued/Expiry Date.

3. Specify the Reason for the Request or give additional information for TECHNO PARK (Optional)

Apply for EVEP after 2 Renewals Use this service to request a new Employment Visa Entry Permit after a new employee's Employment Visa Entry Permit has already been renewed twice. In this case you need to request a new Employment Visa Entry Permit because you cannot renew an existing permit more than twice. Navigation:

1. Indicate the Urgency of the Request

2. Enter the Entry Permit Number by clicking on the magnifying glass icon and search for it using the following criteria Entry Permit Number, First Name, Last Name, Passport Number, Nationality, Job Title Entry Permit issued/expiry date.

3. Click on Save request for later action or Submit to Free Zone (Approver) or Submit to Approver (Entry).

Amend Visa Position at DNRD

Use this service to request amendment of the visa status of your new employees so that you can sponsor them without their having to leave the country. This service applies only to employees currently in the UAE on visit visas or residence visas that have been cancelled.

Navigation:

1. Indicate the Urgency of the Request

2. Indicate whether Courier Collection is required

3. Enter Employment Visa SR Number by clicking on the magnifying glass icon and doing a search using the Employee Number.

4. Indicate the employees current Visa Type. 5. Enter Visit Visa Number (Optional) 6. Enter Visit Visa Duration of Stay ( In Days) 7. Select Visit Visa Exit Date by using the calendar icon next to the field 8. Enter Residence Permit Number 9. Enter Residence Permit Cancel Date.

10. Specify Reason for Request and/or Give additional information for TECHNO PARK.


Declare Absconder

Use this service to declare that an employee under your sponsorship has absconded from the company.

Navigation:

1. Enter the Visit Visa/Entry Permit/CEC Number by using the magnifying glass icon next to the field and doing a search:

a. Indicate the Document Type to be searched for (Visit Visa, Entry Permit or CEC

b. Search using any of the following criteria: Document Type Number, First Name, Last Name, Passport Number, Job Title and/or Nationality.

c. Click on “Search” to display result

2. Specify the reason for request/give additional information for TECHNO PARK.

3. Click on save request for later action or Submit to Free Zone (Approver) or Submit to Approver (Entry).

Employee Local Transfer within TECHNO PARK

Use this service to request the transfer of an employee sponsored by a TECHNO PARK company to your company (inside TECHNO PARK). This service does not apply where you wish to transfer employees sponsored by companies outside TECHNO PARK to your company inside TECHNO PARK.

Note that:

While transferring Employment Visa within TECHNO PARK, the employee’s CEC number will remain the same.

New Company has to make sure that the CG/BG amount is sufficient for a new employee

1. Enter Employee Number from the Previous Company

2. Enter Previous Company name by clicking the magnifying glass icon next to the field and doing a search using the following criteria: Account Number or Account Name

3. Enter Passport Number (Only if PP number has changed) 4. Enter Passport Expiry Date (Only if PP has changed)

5. Enter job title by clicking on the magnifying glass and doing a search using Job Title as the criteria. Click on the appropriate Job Title to fill out the field. (Optional)

6. Indicate Basic Monthly Salary

7. Select the Employee’s joining date using the calendar icon next to the field

8. Indicate whether food is provided:

a. Specify whether Yes, No or Allowance b. If it is an Allowance, indicate the amount (AED) in the field below

9. Indicate whether Accommodation is provided:

a. If Yes, then select the Type of Accommodation b. If Allowance, enter the amount (AED) in the field below.

10. Indicate whether Transportation is provided.

a. Specify Yes, No or Allowance b. If Allowance, indicate the amount in the field below.

11. Specify the Reason for Request/ Give Additional information to TECHNO PARK. (Optional)


Cancel Employee Residence Permit

Use this service to request cancellation of an employee's Employee Residence Permit after an employee has resigned or been terminated from your company. Note that if your Employee’s residence permit is not yet stamped, you have to enter the Employment Visa SR Number in the Service request number field for cancellation.

Notes:

Dependents Visa should be cancelled prior to canceling employee’s Residence Permit.

Applicant has 30 days grace period after RP cancellation provided the RP was valid at the time of cancellation.

Navigation:

1. Enter the Employee Number by clicking on the magnifying glass icon next to the field and doing a search using the following criteria: Employee Number, First Name, Last Name, Passport Number, Job Title or Nationality.

OR

Enter Service Request Number (If Applicable) by searching using the following criteria: Service Request Number or Employee Name.

2. Indicate if the Employee is in the UAE by selecting appropriate entry in the dropdown

3. Select the Cancel Reason using the dropdown

Health Cards (Optional)

Apply for HC

Use this service to request health cards for your employees. Health cards are required for medical treatment at government hospitals and clinics. A health card has one-year validity. Applying for Health Cards is now optional for TECHNO PARK companies. Navigation:

1. Indicate whether Courier Collection is Required

2. Enter the Employee Number by clicking on the magnifying glass and search

using the following criteria: Employee Number, First Name, Last Name, Passport Number, Job Title or Nationality.

3. Specify the reason for request or give additional information to TECHNO

PARK.

4. Click on Save request for later action or Submit to Free Zone(Approver) or

Submit to Approver (Entry) `

Duplicate Health Card

Use this service to request a duplicate (replacement) health card for your employees. This is required where your employees have lost their health cards, or where the cards are damaged. Navigation:

2. Enter the Employee Number by clicking on the magnifying glass and search

using the following criteria: Employee Number, First Name, Last Name, Passport Number, Job Title or Nationality.

3. Specify the reason for request or give additional information to TECHNO PARK

4. Click on Save request for later action or Submit to Free Zone(Approver) or


Renew Health Card

1. Screen will show a list of Health Cards that will be expiring or has expired within the last 30 days from the date of expiry or valid up to 60 days.

2. Use the “Search Cards” feature to refine the results. You can use the following

search criteria: Employee Number, Passport Number or Health Card Expiry Date.

3. Select Health Card(s) to be renewed. 4. Click on Submit to Free Zone(Approver) or Submit to Approver (Entry).

Transfer Employee RP into New Passport This service is used to create requests to transfer Residence Permits from their old passports to a new one. This is the case when they have lost and then subsequently acquired a new passport, obtained a new passport or if the employee has changed nationalities. Navigation:

1. Enter the Employee Number

2. Enter Employee’s Passport Number

3. Enter the Passport’s Place of Issue (As per what’s written in the passport).

4. Enter the Passport’s Country of Issue by clicking on the magnifying glass icon

next to the field and doing a search in the field “Country of Issue”.

5. Enter Passport Issue and Expiry date in the respective fields by clicking on the

calendar icon next to the fields and then picking the correct dates from the calendar pop-up.

6. Specify the Reason for Request and/or give additional information to TECHNO

PARK (Optional). 7. Click on Save request for later action or Submit to Free Zone (Approver) or

Submit to Approver (Entry).

Letter Request

These are NOCs and Salary Letters that are available for TECHNO PARK companies and employees which can be requested through the Dubai Trade Portal

Each request generates a Single Original Copy. If more than one original copy is required, then select the letter type again and submit accordingly.

Inputs are mandatory for all Letters. They can be entered by clicking on the 'Inputs' corresponding for that Letter Type. Any correction in Input values shall be saved and updated. only upon clicking "Submit for Approval" in the case of Data Entry User and "Submit to TECHNO PARK" for Data Approving User without exiting the particular request option.

Navigation:

1. Click on Create New Request on the Service Main Screen

2. This will bring you to the page where different types of letters can be requested.

A. B. Company Letter to External Agency - This Letter is addressed to the

Economic Department, Dubai Municipality, Finance Ministry, Chamber of Commerce or any Free Zone Authority. This letter is required to open a new company outside of TECHNO PARK.

a. Choose where the letter is “Addressed To”” b. Choose the Emirate

C. Letter to Abu Dhabi Security Passes Office- Arabic - Use this service to request a letter in order for any employee to visit oilfields and related government sites in Abu Dhabi.

a. Enter Employee Number by clicking on the magnifying glass icon and search using the following criteria: Employee Number, First Name, Last Name, Passport Number, Job Title or Nationality

b. Specify the Place to Visit in Abu Dhabi c. Enter Name of the Visiting Company d. Enter Visit Starting Date by clicking on the calendar icon next to the

field and picking the date. e. Select the Number of Months of the Visit from the dropdown. f. Specify the Reason for Request(Optional)

D. Letter to Consulate or Embassy – Arabic: This is used to obtain a No Objection Letter to secure approval from a consulate or embassy to travel (obtain a visa) to their country. This letter is required by some consulates or embassies.

a. Enter Employee Number by clicking on the magnifying glass icon and search using the following criteria: Employee Number, First Name, Last Name, Passport Number, Job Title, Nationality or “Basic Salary Greater Than”.

b. Select whether it is addressed to Consulate or Embassy c. Select the Consulate/Embassy Name (Country) d. Select the Visa Type e. Select if Normal or Multiple Entry f. Select Final Destination, If Transit Visa g. Specify the Reason for Request (Optional)

E. Letter to Consulate or Embassy – English. This is the same as the above letter, except that this letter is written in the English Language.

F. Letter to Consulate or Embassy of SCHENGEN countries- English – This letter is used to obtain an entry visa into SCHENGEN countries

G. Letter to Police on Lost Documents – Arabic: This service is used for requesting the Police Department to provide a lost document report. . The Police Department will issue reports for lost CECs, Identity Cards, Passports or Entry Permits.

a. Enter Employee Number by clicking on the magnifying glass icon and search using the following criteria: Employee Number, First Name, Last Name, Passport Number, Job Title, or Nationality

b. Select the Type of Missing Document from the dropdown c. Enter the Name of the Police Station d. Select the Emirate e. Enter the Date when the document was lost by clicking on the

calendar icon and choosing the appropriate date. f. Enter the Place where the Document was lost. g. Specify the Reason for Request

H. Letter to Road Transport Authority (New Vehicle Registration) – Arabic: This service is used to apply for new vehicle registration as well as renewing. Registration only applies to saloon cars and vehicles up to three tons.

I. Letter to Road Transport Authority– Arabic: This service is used to apply for driving instructions/driving. Do not use this service if you are applying for a letter regarding vehicle registration.

g. Select Vehicle Registration or License category from the dropdown

h. Select Applicable Country (For Conversion) i. Choose the Vehicle Type from the dropdown j. Specify Reason for Request

J. Letter to UAE Port Authorities for Pass Clearance – Arabic : This service is used to obtain a No Objection Certificate to visit ports in the UAE outside of TECHNO PARK for the purpose of shipping goods to them

K. Salary Certificate to Bank – English: This service is used to open a bank account or to avail of any other bank services.

a. Enter Employee Number by clicking on the magnifying glass icon and search using the following criteria: Employee Number, First Name, Last Name, Passport Number, Job Title, Nationality or “Basic Salary Greater Than”.

b. Enter the Bank Name by clicking on the magnifying glass icon and searching for the appropriate Bank Name from the pop-up window.

c. Enter the correct Bank Address d. Choose Emirate from the dropdown e. Specify the Reason for Request

L. Salary Certificate to Consulate or Embassy – Arabic : This service is used to request for salary certificates to be presented to consulates or embassies in order to apply for visas to their countries

a. Enter Employee Number by clicking on the magnifying glass icon and search using one of the following criteria: Employee Number, First Name, Last Name, Passport Number, Job Title, Nationality or “Basic Salary Greater Than”.

M. Salary Certificate to Consulate or Embassy – English. Same as above document, except that this letter is written in the English language.

N. Salary Certificate to Government Agency – Arabic: This service is used to apply for salary certificates to be used for government departments.

Apply for DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority)

This service is used to request water and electricity connection for your company. This service is provided only for customers with warehouse facility. Navigation:

1. Click on Service Provider in the services window then choose Apply for DEWA Services.

2. On the Service Main Screen, click on Create New Request

3. The page for Apply for DEWA appears.

4. Specify the reason for request/ Additional Information for TECHNO PARK

Summary Information - Reports This page displays the available reports that can be requested from Dubai Trade. This guide details all the reports found in Dubai Trade and the navigation steps to generate these reports. This Manual comes in 2 parts. The first is how to request refresh or generate a specific report, the second is how to download these reports. Go to Summary Information>Reports This screen appears:

Description lists the names/types of the reports that can be generated. Last Generated On is the date of the last request or report generated from the report type. View Status is used to view the status of a requested report. It usually takes a period of not more than 24 hours for the report to be generated after a request refresh. Request Refresh is used to generate a desired report from the list.

I. Generating and Requesting the Reports There are five different reports that can be generated. These documents are in pdf Format. These are:

Certificate of Payment for Free Zone Employees - All companies under TECHNO PARK are required to submit this report to TECHNO PARK before the 15th of every month. This document contains a list of all your company’s employees who

must sign as a guarantee that they have received their emoluments for the specified month on the certificate. Navigation:

1. In the Certificate of Payment for Free Zone Employees row, Click on Request Refresh in the Available Reports page.

2. Certificate of Payments for Free Zone Employees page appears

3. Select the desired Month of Payment from the Drop Down menu.

4. Enter the Year of Payment in the Field below.

5. Click on to generate the report. The report will be available for download within 24 hours after placing a request refresh.

6. Click on to go back to the Available Reports page.

Document Expiry Report - This Document is used to view the expiry date of your employees’ Company Employment Card, Health Card, Passport or Residence Permit. Navigation:

1. In the Document Expiry Report row, Click on Request Refresh

3. Click on the calendar icon next to Expiry Date and choose the document

expiration date in the pop-up calendar.

4. Select the document, whose expiry date you want to view from the drop down

box.

5. Click on to generate the report. The report will be available for download within 24 hours after placing a Request Refresh.

6. Click on to go back to the Available Reports page. Statement of Account Non-Portal - This report lists all your company’s manual or over-the-counter transactions with TECHNO PARK. 1. In the Statement of Account (Non-Portal) row, click on Request Refresh

Invoice - In the past TECHNO PARK would fax or deliver their invoices to customers. Now, Invoices from TECHNO PARK could be obtained online through Dubai Trade. TECHNO PARK would just email the invoice number and customers can request the document online. Navigation 1. On the Invoice row, click on Request Refresh

Service Availed Against Portal Deposit - this report lists all transaction for requests that have been made in Dubai Trade and their corresponding charges. Navigation

4. Specify the start of the statement period by selecting the month from the From

Month drop down menu

5. Specify the start year by entering the value on the From Year field.

6. Specify the end of the statement period by selecting the month from the To

II. Downloading the Reports These steps will detail the steps on how to download the requested reports

1. On the corresponding row of the desired report, click on View Status to check if

the report is ready for download.

2. The Request Status page appears.

3. On the Download column, this will show either<?>, if the requested reports is

still in process or , if the report is ready to be downloaded.

4. If the report is ready, click on , system will then prompt if you want to Open, Save or Cancel.

5. Click on Open to view the pdf file or Save to save the report to your computer.

View All Requests This page displays a list of requests from all TECHNO PARK services that has been Saved by yourself or Sent for Approval by Data Entry user.

The screen appears where you can view the requests.

You can view the details of these requests by clicking on the SR Number or the Details button. This will take you to the request form where you can view or edit the specific details.

Vehicle Registration

This request details the actions to be triggered when a client applies for Vehicle Registration

Application, Vehicle Registration Renewal, Transfer of Vehicle Registration,

Cancellation of Vehicle Registration, Vehicle Tourist Permit, Duplicate Vehicle

Registration, Export Number Plate, or Tejari Number Plate. Main activity steps for this

process are sending the related application documents to Traffic Department, receiving the

Vehicle Registration Card from there and giving it to the client.

On the Service Menu, click on Vehicle Registration>>Vehicle Registration

Then click on Create New Request.

This service is used to apply for a replacement vehicle registration card in cases where

Apply for Visit Visa Approval

Use this service to apply for a Visit Visa Entry Permit for new employees to enter the UAE

from overseas.

On the Service Menu, click on Visit Visa > Apply for VV as shown in the figure below

1. Urgency, by default, is set at Normal for Visit Visas

2. Indicate whether Courier Collection/Delivery is Required

3. Enter the employee’s Given Name, Middle Name (Optional), Last Name and Short

Name. Note that if there is no Short Name in the passport, entering the First Name in

this field will do.

4. Select the correct gender of the employee

5. Enter the Place of Birth in the field.

6. Input the Country of Birth by clicking on the magnifying glass icon next to the field

And selecting the correct country from the pop-up menu that appears

7. Enter the Applicant’s Date of Birth by clicking on the calendar icon next to the field

8. And choosing the correct date from the pop-up calendar that appears.

9. Enter the employee’s Father’s Name and Mother’s Name

10. Enter the Husband Name (Only If Applicable)

11. Enter the employee’s Present Nationality by clicking on the magnifying glass icon next

to the field

13. Search and select the employee’s Previous Nationality only if it is different from the

Present Nationality.

14. Select the employee’s religion from the dropdown box

must be exact as this will be the title stamped on the employee’s Residence Permit.

20. Enter the employee’s Passport Number (Spaces will be read by the system as

characters, so make sure to enter the number exactly as it appears on the passport).

21. Enter the Passport’s Place of Issue

22. Select the Passport’ Country of Issue by clicking on the magnifying glass icon

25. Enter the Permanent Native PO Box/ZIP Code if there are any

26. Enter the Employee’s Permanent Native City

27. Enter the employee’s Permanent Native Country.

28. Select whether the Employee is currently inside the UAE or not.

29. State the Reason for the Request and Additional Information to TECHNO PARK

(Required).

30. On the Table below. Enter if employee is accompanied by any dependents.

31. Enter the Full Name, Place of Birth and select the Country of Birth. Select the

Sex/Gender of the dependent from the drop down menu and, finally select the Relation

with the employee from the dropdown menu.

32. Click on to save the request for future action or click on

to forward the request to the Free Zone.
