SUMMARY
Using six stores local to Auckland, New Zealand central business district I was able to observe these patterns.
Each store had its own brand and style but all followed the previously detailed rules for design, product display and brand.
When it came to staff even when some brands had obvious customer engagement scripts, individuals and their personalities still stood out.
