Next we need to know where our archive(pst) files are located. Your archive files are located in “c:\users\*username*\appdata\local\microsoft\outlook”. You need to go into Windows Explorer and located these files to be able to copy them over to a CD/DVD

Open Outlook and “close” the PST files that you want to archive to a cd/dvd.

Go back to windows explorer select the archive files that you want to burn to a cd/dvd then right click and select “send to” then “dvd rw drive”

This is all that is needed in order to archive your pst files. Make sure that if you need something off these archive you “uncheck” the “read only” permissions.
