Call for Exhibitors/Vendors and Volunteers

We are proud that we have such an illustrious group of internationally known researchers who will be speaking at the annual United States Psychotronics

Association (USPA) conference, July 14th-16th, 2017, at the beautiful Hyatt Regency in Deerfield, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. (pictured at left). Because of our speakers and the subjects they will be speaking on, we expect a large turnout of conference attendees. So exhibitors and vendors should register early, since space is limited.

Call for Exhibitors and Vendors The USPA welcomes vendors and exhibitors

representing groups, firms, and organizations with products and services related to psychotronics, energy healing, and related subjects. Fees are $30 per table, plus 10% of gross sales. For more information please contact Bob Peters, VP of Exhibitor Relations, at: [email protected]. Online Exhibitor registration here

Volunteers Needed

Because of a larger expected turnout this year, volunteers are needed to help with the 39th U.S. Psychotronics Conference July 14-16, 2017. Since 1975 the USPA has been operating 42 years, as a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) All Volunteer Educational organization. We are extremely fortunate to have Phyllis Weiland as the official USPA Conference Coordinator. Phyllis needs people with MS Word skills to prepare written material, help with advertising, as well as being volunteers at the conference. Most volunteers will get the conference fee waived. We know it will take multiple volunteers to do all that needs to be done, but there are only a limited number of volunteer positions available. To become a volunteer, please contact: Scott Beutlich, Co-Chairman of the Conference Committee at [email protected] or call / text at 815-355-8030 to offer your time and talents!

Newly Discovered Psychotronics Related Organizations and Periodicals, March, 2017

A number of newly discovered psychotronics related organizations and periodicals have been discovered since the last issue of the USPA Journal and Newsletter. These organizations and periodicals, some of which ceased operation many years ago, are listed below, with brief information. If you know anything about these organizations, please contact the editor. The periodicals have been added to the master list of psychotronics periodicals in the USPA Periodicals Library section of this journal. We are seeking copies of all issues of these periodicals, which we plan to digitize and make available to our members as a USPA membership benefit. So if you have any issues the periodicals listed below or any of the missing issues of the periodicals listed in the USPA Periodicals Library section of this Journal, please let the editor know by emailing him at: [email protected].

Organizations:

Advanced Sciences Research and Development Corporation, Inc. (ASRDC): The ASRDC was incorporated in Florida in 1967 by T. Gaylen Hieronymus, the inventor of the Hieronumus Machine, which operates on radionic principles. In addition to research activities, the ASRDC published a periodical called Cosmoculture, which focused on agricultural radionics. This company was carried on by Sarah E. Hieronymus after T. Gaen died in 1988. Sarah has since died, and it is not know what became of the records, equipment or any remaining Hieronymus machines that the company may still have had at the time Sarah's death. If anyone has any information about this organization or its periodical, Cosmo-Culture, please write the editor, John Reed, at: [email protected].

Bio-Electro-Magnetics Institute (BEMI): This institute was established in Reno, Nevada, in 1989 as a branch of an institute that had been incorporated in Denver, Colorado, in 1986, probably by Bonnee Oderberg.. Little is known about the Colordo headquarters, but the Reno branch was headed by Dr. John T. Zimmerman. Among the people on the Advisory Board of this institute were: Marcel Vogel, Dr. Elmer Green, Dr. Stanley Krippner, Dr. Bernard Grad, and other internationally known researchers. The Bio-Electro-Magnetics Institute published a journal called BEMI Currents from 1989-1993. The BEMI Reno Branch apparently became inactive in 1993, and became officially defunct in 2005, when it Colorado parent corporation was dissolved. What became of the records and files of the Reno Branch or the main branch in |Denver, Colorado, is not known, but should be preserved. If anyone has any information about this institute or its branches, please write to the editor, John Reed at: [email protected]

Periodicals: (all added to the master list of USPA psychotronic periodicals)

BEMI Currents: BEMI Currents was a quarterly journal published by the Bio-Electro-Magnetics Institute in Reno, Nevada, from 1989-1993. The editor was Dr. John Zimmerman. This journal began with vol. 1, no. 1 (Spring, 1989) and continued through Vol. 3, no. 4 (March, 1993), after which it ceased publication. A total of 12 issues were published, and the USPA Library has all 12 issues in its collection.

The Radionic Homestead Report: This periodical was a periodical published by Lutie Larsen and Little Farm Research in Pleasant Grove, Utah. It began with the first issue being May, 1988. It is not known how many issues were published, or when it ceased publication. The USPA Library needs all issues, except the first issue (May, 1988) and vol. 3, no. 4 (August-September, 1990), which are the only two issues in the USPA Library.

Journal of Paraphysics/International Journal of Paraphysics: Benson Herbert started his Paraphysical Laboratory in Downton, Wiltshire, England and began publishing the Journal of Paraphysics with vol.1, no.1 in 1967, and the name was later changed to International Journal of Paraphysics . Herbert published the Journal from 1967 until around 1989, with the last volume being vol. 23 in that year. Since the Journal and Lab were mostly the project of Herbert, they fell apart as his health failed and have become defunct. The USPA Library needs all issues of this periodical.

A Week for Youth at Little Farm June 4-10, 2017

This USPA sponsored event is hosted by Little Farm Research in Pleasant Grove, Utah. It will be held the week of June 4-10, 2017. It is focused primarily on youth ages 8-20 who have an interest in growing food crops; farming, market or community gardening or to develop family gardening skills.

The system used at Little Farm is sustainable, natural and organic, using zero refined agricultural products. Furthermore techniques applied to improve produce quality are determined and largely applied energetically using radionic technique. The environment at the Farm is wholesome and balanced.

We can accept up to 20 young people (and their accompanying chaperones) for this educational week. Applications are now being accepted by Lutie Larsen at [email protected]. or mailed to 993 West 1800 North, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062. These will be reviewed and responded to as soon as they are received. Any questions or further information about the program can also be directed to this same email.

For the youth involved in this event there is no charge. It is a gift, but many will need to find sponsors for transportation costs to get to Little Farm. Chaperones will help with this. Chaperones are also invited to participate during the week and take their meals and lodging with us. There are a variety of lodging options but we are keeping the costs minimal.

From 1991 until 2011 Little Farm sponsored a local youth apprentice program each summer. We have an excellent curriculum for teaching young people the basic skills of sustainable soil management, planting and transplanting techniques, soil building and composting methods as well as integrative growing for intensive production. The afternoons will be focused on using radionics to evaluate and create Balancing strategies for seed plant and soil.

It is our hope that this week will spark new ideas in our youth and give them tools to better the way we grow and manage our food supplies. At LFR we are excited to be preparing for you.

Talk to you soon!

Andrija Puharich’s Lost Manuscript and other Puharich Mysteries

by Greg Mallozzi

During the late 60s and into the 70s, Puharich owned and worked out of a large house in rural Ossining, New York. A home laboratory known as Lab 9. Lab 9 produced the most mysterious and far out work that Puharich was involved in when he began to delve deeper and deeper into parapsychological, experimental research: like alleged communication with extraterrestrial beings VIA trance mediumship and ELF (extremely low frequency) waves and their effect on the brain.

At Lab 9, Puharich worked with a faraday cage, a large cage that blocks electrostatic and electromagnetic influences. Puharich found that when a subject was placed inside the faraday cage and a certain level of specially controlled electromagnetic waves were sent through the cage, the subjects ESP abilities were heightened significantly. He conducted what some have called inhumane, psychological experiments on human subjects. Lab 9, like The Round Table Foundation, began to attract people from all walks of life.

Shrouded in controversry, the new film on the life of Dr. Andrija Puharich that we are producing will show what Lab 9 was really like, using never before seen photos, videos and transcripts. In 1978, a mysterious attempt to burn down Lab 9 was made. The town of Ossining ruled it arson. Puharich’s publisher, Doubleday, was also broken into at this time and the manuscript he was working on was destroyed. Was someone out to get Puharich, to discredit and sabotage his work? If so, who? People who were present at Lab 9 at the time of the infamous fire will weigh in on what really happened, which to this day is unsolved.

If anyone has any knowledge about the missing manuscript or other mysteries surrounding the life of Dr. Andrija Puharich or has any video tapes, audio tapes, or correspondence of Puharich, please contact: Greg Mallozzi at: [email protected] or the editor John Reed at: [email protected]

KRT Radionics Workshops: Chicago, Illinois Kelly Research Technologies is very proud to support the U.S. Psychotronics Association’s 39th conference, whose theme is Psychotronics: Emerging Technologies in Consciousness, Subtle Energy, and Radionics. The conference will be held in the Chicago suburb of Deerfield on July 14-16, 2017, at the lovely Hyatt Regency hotel.

The USPA is a non-commercial, not-for-profit organization that supports research in “psychotronics”, which is the science of mind-body-environment relationships, including the interactions of matter, energy, and consciousness. Because the USPA is dedicated not just to radionics, but also the broader spectrum of esoteric phenomena, this meeting will present research, information, speakers, and vendors from a wide variety of disciplines. KRT founder Peter J. Kelly was an organizing member of the USPA in 1975, and KRT’s Ed Kelly has served on the USPA’s Board of Directors since 2011. For more information about the USPA and the 2017 conference please visit: www.psychotronics.org, or follow the USPA page on Facebook.

Immediately following the USPA conference on July 17 and 18, Ed Kelly will deliver Basic Radionics, a two-day course covering the fundamentals of radionic instrumentation, including analyzing and balancing soil and water samples using a Hieronymus-type variable capacitance radionic unit. This hands-on workshop will equip participants with the skills needed to immediately apply radionics at their homestead or farm. Space is limited, so register to participate today and learn how to recognize and shape the unlimited forces of pure Universal Energy!

BASIC RADIONICS: July 17-18, 2017 Deerfield, Illinois An introduction to the basic theory and hands-on operation of the radionic instrument. This course is designed for the brand new beginner and anyone seeking a refresher on the basics. Topics include:

Short News, Notes, and Queries

1. Daniel Taylor Finds Henry Nagorka Family: Some time ago, Henry Nagorka was listed in the Among the Missing” section of the USPA Journal and Newsletter. I am happy to report that expert researcher and USPA Board member, Daniel Taylor, was able to find the obituary of Henry Nagorka, (who died May 21, 1986) as well as, surviving members of his family. Henry was on the USPA Board of directors during its formative years in the mid-1970’s, and we have been trying to find him or his family to determine if there are any USPA or other psychotronics items that they might still have of Henry’s that they would like us to preserve in the USPA Library, Archives, or Museum. We are grateful to Daniel for his efforts in making this possible.

2. Does anyone have video tapes of the presentations that Andrija Puharich mad at the 1982 US Psychotronics Association Conference. The title of Dr. Puharich’s first presentation was: “Chemical Compounds: Receptors of Artificial ELF”, and was sold for a period of time on the USPA website with this title and catalog number F6. The second presentation that Dr. Puharich made at the 1982 USPA Conference was the Keynote Address at the Awards banquet. The Title of this presentation was “Kindling + 1” and had catalog number F7. If anyone has either or both of these tapes, please contact the editor, John Reed at: [email protected].

This journal focuses on subjects of great interest to the psychotronics community, including subtle energies emanating from DNA, wave genetics, quantum biology, quantum entanglement, phases and structure of water, and many other interesting subjects. In fact, the vol. 6, no2 (June, 2016) issue of this journal included an article titled, “On the Plausible Implications of Gariaev & Montagnier's Work”. (Editor JHR:See the abstract of Montagnier’s article in the Abstracts section below.)

31

Surprisingly, and strangely, not a single academic or public library in the world lists this periodical in their holdings, including the Library of Congress. This journal is published by Quantum Dream, Inc., In Stony Brook, NY , and has a website at: http://dnadecipher.com/ , which shows all the issues published since its first issue in 2011. Unfortunately, the price is $13.90 for the latest issue published in Dec., 2016, and back issues have higher prices running up to $19.90 for the first issue. If any of you have personal copies of the DNA Decipher Journal, would you be willing to lend them temporarily to the USPA Library so that we can review them? If so, please write to the editor, John Reed, at: [email protected]

Among the Missing, (and Updates): A Column about Missing People, Organizations, Periodicals, Books, Artifacts, and Collections in the Psychotronics Field by John H. Reed, M.D This is a new “column” or section of the USPA Newsletter, and will be an ongoing part of every issue, with the purpose of helping the USPA, as well as, our members and research associates locate people, organizations, periodicals, books, artifacts, devices, collections, and other items that have seemingly disappeared, or have been extremely difficult to find. Updates will be added, and each missing item will be retained in future issues until it is found or otherwise resolved, since some readers may not have seen prior issues of the USPA Newsletter or the original notice of the missing item. In addition, this will also serve as a “People Locator Service” to help find authors and researchers on psychotronics, radionics, subtle energies, energy medicine, and related subjects, who have “disappeared” or have died long ago, and whose relatives you may be trying to find in order to preserve the research papers and collection of that person. In our research and reading, we all have encountered people, organizations, periodicals, books, articles, or other things that we have tried to find, and some people have searched for years to find something, but have not yet found it, despite the vast resources of the Internet. However, with our large USPA membership, we can all help one another find what we have been searching for. Some of you may have experience in genealogical research, or private investigation, law enforcement, or even intelligence work which you could utilize to help each other, or perhaps just make suggestions on how or where to search for something. So if there is anything you have been searching for and need help to find, please write to me, John H. Reed, M.D. at: [email protected], and I will include your search help request in the next and subsequent issues of the USPA Newsletter. And if you have any information about an item that is listed in “Among the Missing”, please write to the same email address and share what you know or your suggestions. If there is something that is confidential, your confidentiality request will be honored and protected. Combo Mystery: Missing Person, Organization, and Book, All Related Person: Dr. Floyd S. Graham, Sr. Organizations: Radionic Laboratories and Radiant Associates, Inc. founded by Floyd S. Graham, Sr. Book: The Radiant Era, by Floyd S. Graham, Sr. This is our first “Combo Mystery” of a missing person, the organization(s) he founded, and the book that he wrote. The organization “Radionic Laboratories” was referred to in the American Society of Dowsers Quarterly Digest, Vol. 4, No. 2 (May, 1964), page 22,

33

in a letter to the editor, by Dr. Floyd S. Graham, Jr. It indicated that Dr. Graham was the president of the “International Headquarters Unit” of “Radionic Laboratories”, located in the small town of Tumtum, Washington, which is located northwest of Spokane, WA. The letter was signed “Radiant Associates, Inc.”. These names suggest that there may have been two different organizations, or that the “Radionic Laboratories” was part of the corporation, “Radiant Associates, Inc. However, I checked my database of incorporated organizations, which covers both profit and non-profit corporations, operating or defunct, that have been formed in the United States and worldwide since the early 1900’s, and neither name was shown as ever having existed in the State of Washington. But since the letter was written and published in 1964, there is little doubt that Dr. Graham and the organization entities he mentioned did exist

at that time in Tumtum, WA. A further mystery related to Dr. Graham is the booklet he wrote titled, “The Radiant Era”, date and place of publication unknown. It is being offered for sale online, with a photo, as shown at left. It is said to be published by the Journal of Natural Living, and is 22 pages long, stapled, and sized 6.75 by 7.75 inches. However, a check of the WorldCat database, which lists the holdings of every library in the United States, Canada, and

the UK, including the Library of Congress and the famous British Library (AKA British Museum Library), shows that this booklet by Dr. Graham is not located in any known library. So if you know anything about Dr. Floyd S. Graham, Sr., the Radionic Laboratories, or Radiant Associates, Inc., in Tumtum, Washington, or anything about his booklet, The Radiant Era, please contact the editor, John H. Reed, at: [email protected]. If you happen to have a copy of the booklet in your personal collection, the USPA Library would greatly appreciate it if you would make a xerox copy of it for the library, which you can scan and email as a PDF, or send the physical copy to: USPA Library and Archives, 4401 Roland Avenue, Unit 405, Baltimore, MD 21210. Missing Devices:

1. The AGRAD Machine: In the 1970’s Mankind Research Unlimited, Inc.(MRU), headed by Dr. Carl Scleicher, was offering for sale a device called the AGRAD Machine. It was intended to be used in the electromagnetic treatment of crops and the control of insect populations, and sold for $390.00. MRU claimed that AGRAD machines had been used for several years by MRU researchers to conduct experimental applications of the type described in The Secret Life of Plants by Christopher Bird and Peter Tompkins, and Report on Radionics by

34

Edward W. Russell. Theoretically, the AGRAD machine was intended to produce effects through electromagnetic wavefronts that would interact with and control insects by disturbing the insect sensor mechanisms. A photo of the device and additional information appeared in one of MRU’s publications which you can access here.

Missing Organizations:

1. American Electronic Research Association (AERA): Albert Abrams established the American Electronic Research Association in the early 1920s and it continued to operate until at least 1935, when John F. Spaunhurst was the president of AERA, according to the 1935 Edition of Who’s Who Among Association Executives. The AERA published the monthly Journal of the American Electronic Research Association from 1924 through some point in 1936, when it ceased publication, according to Harvard University records.. Only two libraries in the world are known to have issues of this periodical. There are only two issues in the Harvard University Medical School Library, and the Kirkwood School of Osteopathic Medicine has one issue. If you know anything about this organization, or happen to have any issues of its journal, please contact the USPA Journal and Newsletter editor, John Reed at: [email protected].

2. International Association for Psychotronic Research (IAPR): Does anyone know what became of the International Association for Psychotronic Research? And do any of you have copies of its meeting proceedings or newsletter, if such a newsletter were published? It was founded in 1973, even before the United States Psychotronic Association (USPA), which was founded in 1975. However, the current location or activities of the IAPR are unknown. The IAPR held numerous international conferences around the world, beginning with its first in 1974 in Prague, then Czechoslovakia. At this conference, Dr. Zdenek Rejdak was elected president for the Eastern Division of the IAPR, and Dr. Stanley Krippner was elected president for the West. The 8th International Conference on Psychotronic Research was held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 1993, as a joint conference with the United States Psychotronics Association (USPA), but it is unknown if any subsequent conferences of the IAPR were held. Proceedings of each of these conferences were published. If copies of these proceedings can be obtained, or any newsletters that it may have published, we will add them to the USPA Library and make them available to USPA members. If you have any knowledge about this organization, please write to the editor at: [email protected]

3. International Radionics Association (IRA): Does anyone know anything about the International Radionics Association (IRA), which was located in

35

Springfield, Missouri in the late 1940s. This is known, because a book called The Truth about Radionics was published in 1947 by this organization, and although the author’s name is anonymous, it is highly probable that the author was T. Galen Hieronymus, who passed away many years ago.

I checked several newspaper databases, and references to this organization were found in the press as far back as the early 1930s, and as late as the early 1960s, but nothing more recent than that. If you have any knowledge about this organization, please write to the editor at: [email protected]

Missing People, and Updates: Missing USPA Related People: We are trying to track down some of the original directors and officers of the United States Psychotronics Association (USPA), when it was organized in 1975, with the word “Radionics” in the organization title. Does anyone have any information on the current whereabouts of the following people, or family members, if the person is known to have passed away, or where they passed away?? Please check Ancestry.com, social media websites, newspaper archives, and any other databases you have to help find these people.

1. Paul Sauvin, USPA 2nd Vice Pes., 1976 and 1st Vice Pres., 1977. Paul Sauvin, whose full name is Pierre Paul Sauvin, is an electrical engineer and inventor who, according to one source, worked in the aerospace industry and later with the National Institute for Rehabilitation Engineering at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Paterson, NJ. He also worked with Dr. Carl Schleicher, head of Mankind Research Unlimited, and helped develop a device called the “AGRAD Machine”. This device was designed to control crop insects, and was introduced on an experimental basis, although it is not known if it ever reached commercial production. Paul Sauvin’s mother was Edith Sauvin, who lived in White Plains, NY, and died August 25th, 1987. Edith’s only child was Pierre Paul Sauvin, who himself had 2 sons, Alan Paul Sauvin and Steven Eric Sauvin. He also had one daughter, Jane Elizabeth Sauvin. Any help in locating the children of Paul Sauvin would be greatly appreciated, and please write to [email protected]. 2. Dr. Marcel Vogel and his Research Papers: Does anyone know what became of the papers and files of Dr. Marcel Vogel, who died in 1991? Dr. Vogel

36

did extensive research on crystals and crystal healing, pyramid power, the “Backster Effect” involving plants and their bioenergetic fields, and a number of other psychotronics related subjects. He also spoke numerous times at USPA conferences. Marcel Vogel worked at IBM for 27 years and had 32 patents. If you have any knowledge about Marcel Vogel and what became of his papers and files after he died, please write to your editor at: [email protected]. The USPA would like to make sure that all of his papers are preserved. 3. Henry Nagorka, USPA 1st Vice Pres., 1975 and 1976, and then President, of

the USPA in 1977. Missing Pages of a Book The book, Relationship Between Parapsychology and Gravity, Vol. 3 of Handbook of Unusual Energies, by J.G. Gallimore, was published by Borderland Sciences in the 1970’s, although the date of publication and copyright date were not noted in this book. The USPA has this book in its library, and plans to republish it for the Gallimore family, but unfortunately, pages 208 and 209 are missing from the printed book. It appears that this is a publisher printing error, because page 210 is printed on the back side of page 207. However, it is possible that pages 208 and 209 were missing from the manuscript when it was sent to Borderlands for publication. Or these pages of the manuscript may have been inadvertently lost by the publisher, or possibly they were intentionally removed by someone from the manuscript prior to publication. Do any of you have a copy of this book, and if so, would you please check to see if it has pages 208 and 209? I have searched the WorldCat, which shows the books and monograph holdings of virtually every public and university library in the United States and Canada, and many of the large libraries in the UK and elsewhere in the world. But not a single library has this book in its collection. If by chance you have a copy, please let me know what you find by emailing the editor at: [email protected] Missing Periodicals:

1. British Journal of Radiesthesia and Radionics: Does anyone have any issues of The British Journal of Radiesthesia and Radionics. It was published in London, England, by the British Radiesthesia Association, 1953-1963. The original title was British Journal of Radiesthesia, published from 1953-1957. No libraries in the United States, public or university, have this journal in their collection., and only five libraries elsewhere in the world are known to have any issues at all: The British Museum Library (AKA The British Library), Oxford, Cambridge, the National Library of Scotland, and Trinity College Library, in Dublin Ireland. If you have any issues of this periodical, will you please let me know? And for our members and associates in The UK and Irelad, if you can access these periodicals at any of the above libraries, you would do a huge service for all of us if you would Xerox what issues are available and send them to me. A generous donor has offered to pay whatever expenses are involved for doing this service.

37

We will add them to the USPA Library and make them available to researchers. Please contact the editor at: [email protected]

2. Journal of Scientific Controversy. This periodical was referred to on page 49 of the Vol. 1, No. 1 (Spring, 1967) issue of the INFO: The Journal of the International Fortean Organization. Someone was trying to find out about it even then, 49 years ago, and said that this journal was “formerly published in Boulder , Colorado” implying that it may have ceased publication prior to 1967, or that it moved somewhere else after being published for a period of time in Boulder. I have searched the WorldCat, which shows the periodical holdings of virtually every public and university library in the United States and Canada, and many of the large libraries in the UK and elsewhere overseas. But this title, or anything close to it does not exist in the WorldCat database, so that indicates that this periodical title is not held in any library, even special collections, which are also included in WorldCat. However, this does not mean that the periodical does not exist, since many periodicals in the psychotronics , scientific anomalies and similar fields are excluded from libraries. If any of you have ever heard of this periodical or know anything about it, such as its editor, publisher, or other information, please write to the editor at: [email protected]

Missing Books: Rhea White and Larissa Vilenskaya wrote a book titled Parapsychology in the Soviet Union, Eastern Europe, and China: A Compendium of Information. It was supposedly published by Scarecrow Press of Metuchen, NJ, a well know publisher of reference books. This book was listed as reference work #680 on page 213 of Rhea White’s book, Parapsychology: New Sources of Information, 1973-1989 , also published by Scarecrow Press. I called the publisher, and they said they have never published this book, and know nothing about it. As you can see from entry #680, Rhea White noted that this book was “in press”, so it may have been in a preparation stage, but the manuscript may never have been sent to Scarecrow Press. Again, I have searched the WorldCat, which shows books and monograph holdings of virtually every public and university library in the United States and Canada, and many of the large libraries in the UK and elsewhere in the world. But this book title does not exist in the WorldCat database, which indicates that this book is not held in any library, even special collections, which are also included in WorldCat. Unfortunately, I was unable to ask either of the authors about this, since both have passed away. Rhea White was a well known parapsychology researcher, so some of you may have known her or heard her speak of the missing book manuscript that she was working on. Larissa Vilenskaya was from Russia, but lived and worked in the San Francisco area, and she was a prolific researcher on Russian and Eastern European psychotronics research. Please write to your editor at: [email protected] if you have any information about this at all.

Radionics and Psychotronics in Light of Quantum Idealism

by Dr. Jon Klimo, 2017

(based on selected excerpts from my 2006 USPA conference paper accompanying my presentation on "Quantum Idealism: An Idealist Consciousness Model for Collapsing the Quantum Wave Function")

Introduction: Quantum Idealism

According to my model of Quantum Idealism, all that exists across all levels of possible, conceivable, and locally experienceable reality does so within a single universal, infinite-dimension consciousness field. You and I are loci, foci, and individuations of this consciousness field-- extremely delimited seats or stations of this consciousness, local frames of reference within it through which we experience and make meaning, make choices and exercise our part in the creation of the unfolding reality we experience. In other writing, I've referred to such localizations and individuations of experiencing consciousness such as ourselves as being like dissociated “cosmological subpersonalities” of the one universal field or Being. We experience through the current kinds and degrees of our own cosmological dissociation-- a dissociation that extends the traditional psychological concept, giving rise to experienced discontinuities and limitations with regard to awareness, cognition, control or efficacy, identity, ability to remember, and so. This dissociation, can be equated with what quantum physics calls a quantum decoherent state. The more one can transmute or transcend such dissociation, a local state of quantum coherence can exist and be experienced, and the underlying universal consciousness field can be interacted with and accessed more creatively and efficaciously as a result.

A quantum wave function represents a delimited domain of superposed possibility states associated with a particular particle, aggregate of particles, or some delimited region of focus. What is called the universal wave function represents the entire universe, an infinite-dimensional phase space of pure possibilities, where all only-potentially experiencable local actualities reside as states or vectors in an inconceivably vast and dense realm where all exists in a condition of quantum superposition and phase entanglement. The collapse of the wave function reduces that timeless, spaceless domain, which contains the grounds for all local spatiotemporal experience. We cosmological sub-personalities, localizations and individuations of the one universal consciousness field, are the ones to carry out such wave function collapsings to get what it is we locally experience. The universal wave function represents the universal consciousness field and all its possibilities, all that can be experienced. All experiencers and collapsers of the quantum wave function are part of the universal consciousness field. So, relatively dissociated, decoherent aspects of the all-containing coherence of

39

the universal field state-specifically interact with it, draw from it, create from it, separate out of it, collapse out of it, relatively dissociated, decoherent local transient objects, events, and knowledge structures, structures whether appearing to attending consciousness to reside internally or externally with respect to it. The less dissociated and decoherent the state of the wave-function-collapsing experiencer, the less dissociated and decoherent will the experienced result of the wave function collapse be. Operating from the most quantum coherent state possible, each of us may then have an ever more creative and efficacious relationship with the quantum coherence of the universal ground of consciousness and its infinite possibilities.

Now I would like to look briefly at radionics and psychotronics from the perspective of Quantum Idealism

Radionics

In the diagnosis/analysis phase of radionics practice, by using radiesthesia techniques of dowsing, pendulum use, stroking a “stick pad,” et al., a radionics operator can detect when he or she has achieved resonance with, or become attuned to, any particular object, chemical, body part, aura state, toxin or disease cause, treatment/remedy, and so on. One need not be in physical proximity with whom or what is being diagnosed or analyzed. This is done within the operator’s consciousness focusing on and holding intention and is due to a nonlocal correlation between the operator’s consciousness and any objects or contents seeming to lie elsewhere within the universal consciousness field (as I conceptualize it in my Quantum Idealism). In the field of radionics over the years, a kind of inter-rater reliability has been established across operators for what the correct “rates,” “fundamental frequencies,” subtle energy or information fields, or intrinsic data fields or patterns are that are emanating from, or are correlated with, these many thousands of probed-for or asked-about target objects. There is, for example, a “rate” established for the structure and function of the healthy human heart. If a practitioner tunes to a client's (usually distant) heart and achieves resonance with it to discover its rate is out of balance with respect to that of a healthy heart, resonance could be sought from across an array of candidate treatments to ascertain which target treatment could be broadcast to bring that heart back to a rate or frequency of healthy structure and function. Or, treatment could simply be to broadcast to that unhealthy heart a condition of health by using the rate or frequency of a healthy heart. Presupposed in this context is the radionic understanding that the rate, fundamental frequency, intrinsic data pattern, etc., found and established with respect to a particular physical-appearing object, state or condition is the deep-structural identity pattern underlying and upholding it; and one changes subsequent manifest subordinate physical systems by changing the antecedent superordinate nonphysical systems responsible for them.

40

Following the diagnostic or analysis phase, the radionic practitioner turns to the treatment phase, which involves treating, or “broadcasting” the rate or frequency of the appropriate treatment ascertained from the diagnostic phase. The rate radiesthetically ascertained for the treatment is broadcast to the radiesthetically ascertained rate for the targeted region or sub-region of the client. From a quantum idealist perspective, the foregoing is taking place within a monist consciousness field represented by the universal wave function that, in its uncollapsed state, contains all the superposed, phase-entangled possibilities that include all individuals, all objects, subjects, and events, all physical bodies and all parts of physical bodies at every level of scale, including the subtle energy, higher-frequency, and higher-dimensional correlates of those physical parts; and similarly with regard to all diseases and disease agents and their subtler correlates, all toxins, all dysfunctions, and all conditions other than “God given” natural healthy structure and function, and with regard to all possible treatments, remedies, healing intentions, and so on. The radionic operator collapses the wave function through acts of consciousness, focus, intention, measurement, and choice, in order to tune within and with consciousness to targets and objects entertained or held in consciousness; to tune from out of the endlessly complex superposed possibility/probability domain represented by the wave function to arrive at particular locally objectified most useful and veridical information, interpretations, and treatments.

Within the universal consciousness field, radionic practice involves what a traditional psychologist would likely consider derogatorily to be “magical thinking” or “magical causation” whereby a physical symbol, such as a Malcolm-Rae-type card printed with the abstract design for a frequency/rate for a particular object, chemical, medicine, intention, or action, etc., is quantum non-locally connected in the practitioner's consciousness-- and within the universal consciousness field-- to some other physical thing, such as a human heart. Or the mental image, thought, or idea of/for a physical thing is considered to be connected to, nonlocally correlated to, or at one with, that real world thing. The same holds for inter-relationships involving the photograph of a thing, a symbolic representation of a thing and a physical sample from, or "witness" of, it, such as a sprig of grain or a blood spot or piece of hair, and the rest of the individual from whom the sample is drawn located at any distance from the sample, photograph, et al. There are traditional cultures within which having a photograph of or sample from a person is seen as allowing access to that person in a way the modern psychologist would consider simply "magical". Can the rain dance cause rain? Can sticking a pin in a symbol or effigy, like a voodoo doll, be felt by the distant person it is intended to represent? Experimental parapsychologist Dean Radin conducted a double-blind experiment to test the efficacy of such a voodoo-doll-type intervention and found it actually had a correlated statistically significant effect on the person with whom symbolic representation was initially correlated in the experimenter’s mind as well as within the all-containing consciousness field.

41

Radionics has been used in a wide variety of plant-world agricultural settings as well. For example, the radionic practitioner can go through the tuning, dowsing, choosing process of diagnosis/analysis in order to ascertain the rate or frequency for a kind of plant out in the field, for a particular insect that is infesting the field, and for an insecticide or other antidote capable of killing or neutralizing that type of insect. Then that practitioner can take a Polaroid photograph of the field, and away from the field paint the alternate rows of the infested crop in the photograph of the field with a dilute solution of the insecticide or with water radionically prepared with the rate of the insecticide. If the practitioner is able to focus and hold consciousness and intention sufficiently well within a context of her brain/mind state having been autogenically brought as close as possible to intra-brainwave synchrony and resonance and perhaps even quantum resonance, and if she is able to ritually follow the specific algorithmic consciousness and behavioral protocol of the radionic practice, utilizing the established lexicon of rates, the radionic device with its calibrations, dials, settings, etc., then there is an excellent chance that when she and others later go out into the field that had been photographed, they will see that the real-life alternate rows of crops corresponding to the ones painted on the photograph will have considerably less, or even no, infesting insects in it compared to the other rows not painted in the photograph that will still have the insects.

By now, you should be able to make the connections and interpretations yourself regarding how this particular efficacious radionic intervention could be understood from the frame of reference of quantum idealism as I depict it. We are free to hypothesize that such non-ordinary relationships, correlations, and seeming causal connections, when they involve what we understand to be physical systems, take place by means of various kinds of resonance and entrainment relations involving Hertzian wave forms of electromagnetic energy, and/or of higher-frequency or higher-dimensional, or mental, counterparts of such, as involving so-called scalar or longitudinal wave, tachyonic, etheric, or other counterparts or octaves of such structures and functions of standing and moving, potential and kinetic, wave energies. Nonetheless, according to my quantum idealist perspective, all exists as the infinite objects and contents within the one universal consciousness field in non-local correlation, phase-entangled in the pre-wave-collapsed superposed potentiality represented by the universal wave function. Within the one all-inclusive consciousness field, the radionic practitioner's acts of diagnosis/analysis and treatment, of ascertaining and broadcasting specific rates and frequencies, of exercising and maintaining focused consciousness, of choosing and setting specific intention, are the quantum mechanical observations, interventions, or measurements that collapse the wave function. Throughout the radionic enterprise there is an underlying non-local correlatedness of all aspects across all ontological levels being worked with by the radionic practitioner: codes, abstractions, symbols, forms, patterns, numbers, electromagnetic frequencies, waveforms, physical objects, and

42

mental images and other objects and contents of consciousness, as well as focused intention selected and held steadily in mind and/or represented with whatever kind of radionic or psychotronic being used.

Let's consider further what mainstream scientists, from their likely more cosmological dissociated and quantum decoherent frame of reference, would consider to be only “magical thinking.” Instead of constantly having to repeat a particular observation, register an intention, select and conduct a petitionary prayer or other wavefunction-collapsing act, one could write it on a prayer-wheel-type device and “broadcast” its constant reiteration as the wheel spins; or write the prayer or intention on a piece of paper, followed by writing the command, “repeat 10,000 times.” Everything is taking place within a field of consciousness from which all local experiencing seats of consciousness, all selective acts of individual consciousness, and all wave-function-collapsed local objects arise, are maintained, and changed. Any relatively dissociated individuations of the consciousness field that turn their attention and intention to other aspects of the consciousness field, through acts of wave function collapse, can localize, actualize, interact with, and potentially affect, any other aspects or individualizations within the consciousness field. All is consciousness choosing to interact with its own objects and contents, and choosing to bring to consciousness for itself through the collapse of the wave function whatever objects and contents that are able to be locally experienced by what until then only lay superposed and entangled within a virtual infinitude of possibilities.

A Selected Case Study of Radionic Practice

The following is another, more extended, example of how, according to quantum idealism, actual radionic practice can function. It also involves homeopathic practice, which can also be understood in terms of quantum idealism. A noted physician and author I know related to me the following story: His mother had contracted cancer and, under the care of oncologists he had referred her to, had begun a regimen of very strong chemotherapy. Unfortunately, her body had such a negative response to the chemicals being used to treat her that the severity of this reaction was proving almost as sickening to her as the original cancer. After exhausting the choices available to him and his mother through conventional medicine and the reigning physical-reductionist scientific paradigm, he turned to consult an anomalous source. In this case it was a professional acquaintance with a degree in electronics engineering who was also a channel-- someone able to receive information from non-physically based sources reported to exist beyond himself. One of the non-physically-based sources with whom the channel had been in communication for years specialized in scientific and technological, including medical-type, information, which had been provided by the

43

channel to hundreds of people seeking such consultation. The physician said that, on hearing about his mother’s negative reaction, the channel’s source had recommended that a homeopathic preparation be prepared from the chemotherapy chemicals to treat his mother instead of continuing to use the sickening physical chemicals. The problem was that the number of rounds of successive dilution and succussion prescribed by the source far exceeded the limits of traditional homeopathic preparation-making. A huge series of successed dilutions was stipulated-- something like a thousand times. Those familiar with homeopathic preparations know that in each round of dilution and succussion, one drop from the prior volume of liquid is added to a new container of neutral solution. Repeating this process, it only takes about 15 to 20 dilution cycles to reach a point where the preparation no longer has a single physical molecule of the original chemotherapy substance in the liquid medium, having fallen below the critical “Avocado’s number.” Some homeopathic practitioners believe that if one goes below that level of dilution, where no more physical presence of the original substance remains, that, as one continues to dilute, one moves, so to speak, below zero and enters the realm of creating something that is becoming increasingly more energetic and efficacious but now taking place in a counterpart higher-dimensional, higher frequency, subtler-energy or related domain (including, of course, a superordinate intention or consciousness domain), that will potentially have ever greater desired effect on a physical body and/or on its related energy or subtle energy aspect, which, if affected, will in turn affect the physical counterpart for which it serves as the transphysical information field and organizational template (related to what I elsewhere call “knowledge structures”).

The physician contacted some of the most experienced and reputable homeopathic preparation laboratories in the world to find one that could fill the prescription that stipulated the extremely high number of dilutions and succussions required. All of these sources turned him down, saying it would be too time-consuming, labor-intensive, and expensive for himto carry it out. So he went back to the channeled source and told him the situation. The source then directed him to find a radionic practitioner and ask to have the homeopathic preparation made radionically, which he did. The practitioner either used a small physical sample of the chemotherapy chemical or chose the rate established in the radionic subculture that was correlated with that chemical. He then programmed whatever radionic device he was using to stipulate that a small portion of the chemical be reduced in a neutral carrier solution to the one thousand (or however many) levels of dilution and succussion required. Then a glass of distilled water or tincture was placed in the well of the device and the operator set the device with the unique rates or fundamental frequencies involved, the dilution-and-succussion command, and the operator’s own steadily focused intention and consciousness that this now be the case. The neutral liquid in the well was informed with, or transformed into, the radionically treated homeopathic preparation, which proved to have the efficacy

44

of a preparation that would have had to have been obtained by a laborious “real world” process involving real chemicals and continuous physical dilution and succession. The physician told me that the radionically prepared homeopathic solution was so effective with his mother that he is now working to educate and train a team of oncologists to use such nonordinary approaches.

Now let us see if we can understand the radionics part of this process just described in terms of the quantum idealist model I am offering. I can't recall if my friend had his mother drink the radionically treated water or if he had the radionic practitioner treat her from a distance by “broadcasting” 1.) the rates or frequencies correlated with the original chemotherapy chemical(s); 2.) the stipulation that it be diluted and succussed however many times; 3.) the operator’s intention to treat; and 4.) whom to treat (his mother) and perhaps 5.) the symbols for rates or frequencies representing her and her condition. Creating a traditional very diluted homeopathic preparation is a ritualistic reiteration of highly focused consciousness, intention, attention, and action, with a desired effect or goal kept in mind. Each round of dilution preparation and succussion application could be seen as a quantum mechanical probe for a result, an intervention on the part of consciousness, an act of observation and measurement and it collapses the quantum wave function, drawing forth the intended resulting objective state from out of a higher-dimensional virtual domain of superposed possible states. To the extent to which the process is ritualistic, formulaic, programmed, and repeated, and involving some kind of apparatus with dials, gauges, settings, etc., to point, select, stand for, stay focused on, etc., it is tailor-made for a quantum idealist interpretation. The intense focus of consciousness, intention, and intensity of attention on the part of both the traditional homeopathic preparation maker and the radionic practitioner in all the steps, processes, and concentrations involved, contribute greatly to creating a "Quantum Zeno Effect" (i.e., where an unstable, ever-changing quantum system is continuously observed, or sufficiently frequently measured, so as to be rendered temporarily invariant), achieving a state of genidentity (i.e., an existential relationship underlying the genesis and identity of an object through time), which fixes or sets wave-collapsed outcomes stemming from a locus of relatively fixed or set antecedent attending-from wave-function-collapsing states, conditions, or knowledge structures. The relatively fixed and repeated (or prayer-wheel-like symbolically intended) quality and quantity of intention, purpose, and measurement are held steadily in the mind of the radionic practitioner and represented in the rates, frequencies, codes, patterns, settings on the radionic device's dials, and so on.

The result of this radionic process is a strengthening of the likelihood of the targeted, intended outcome, of local manifestation of what lies within the probability amplitude’s most focused still-coherence-embedded, non-local, superposed nature. And, of course, the practitioner and the contents of his or her mind, thought, will, intention, the targeted

45

client, any physical samples, any codes, symbols, patterns, the settings on the radionic device’s dials intended to represent or be correlated with anything else on any level of reality, considered physical or otherwise, are all quantum mechanically non-locally correlated with each and are not separate from each other at higher-dimensional more-inclusive levels ever deeper in the quantum coherence that superposes, phase-entangles, and dissolves all into its paradoxical pluralistic identity condition of all possibilities. So all that locally exists for all locally focused consciousness to experience, and all those locally focused experiencing seats of consciousness are the contents, objects, events, and beings arising from, held for a time relatively steadily within, and receding into, the one universal consciousness field, the one transcendental Being. Traditional psychology's psychopathologically-treated “magical thinking” is the modus operandi of quantum idealism and of the quantum idealist “practitioner,” radionic-type or otherwise.

Before leaving this section devoted to quantum idealist perspectives on radionics, consider something that can serve both as a thought experiment and has actually been reported to be experimentally efficacious. Consider a radionic device, such as a fairly standard “Abrams-box.” Then take a part of that physical apparatus away and replace it with a two-dimensional schematic drawing of that part and place it where the original part had been taken out. Proceed to use the radionic device in the usual manner of radionic practice and you should find it is still just as effective. Then continue stepwise to replace more and more parts of the three-dimensional physical radionic device with only a schematic drawing of it and use the device at each replacement step to continue to test for its effectiveness. Continue this until all that remains is just a two-dimensional complex schematic drawing made up of smaller taped-together drawings. The symbolic representation of the radionic device should still function radionically, if it is a seasoned radionic practitioner that is using it. So, where is the locus of causal efficacy? Is it in the knowledge-structure-informed portion of the consciousness field that is the locus of the practitioner from which the wave-function-collapsing occurs? But those structures, formulae, programs, algorithms, and intentions reside together with all other such collapsings and localizations of consciousness within a higher-dimensional, superposed, phase-entangled quantum coherent state of consciousness containing its endless possibilities and possible states of its potential objects and contents. To have the photograph of the person is to be able at a distance to access information about that person and even to have possible energetic, intentional, efficacious access to and have effect upon his or her physical body or part of it, his or her consciousness and its contents. To have only an abstract code, symbol, rate or frequency established by and in intentional consciousness to be correlated with, and to provide access to, anything or anyone else on whatever level of reality will be sufficient to make the connection with which the practitioner can then work.

46

Many of the readers of this are familiar with the SE-5 computerized radionic device. As with other, earlier, non-computerized radionic devices, the non-locally correlated objects and symbols being chosen, by being selectively typed into the computer, are quantum-wave-function-collapsing acts. The SE-5 also requires the operator to use a traditional radionic “stick pad” built into the device to establish resonance with targets for which the radiesthetic attunement and establishment of intended correlation have been being done. And it has been pre-established by the operator's consciousness within the universal consciousness field that all the computerized symbolically encoded software and hardware components have a non-local, magical-seeming radionic relationship with other objects and contents across the different ontological levels within the one universal field.

I think that growing interest in the practice of “remote viewing” could also be related to radionic and psychotronic practice, and certainly highly related to quantum idealism in general. As we have heard previously with regard to other related practices, the remote viewer learns to first achieve a passive, surrendered, brain-mind quiescence, intra-system synchrony and resonance of brain activity, perhaps even a relatively quantum coherent state. Who or what then weakly collapses the wave function for the viewer to begin to get little disjointed glimpses of bits and pieces of the targeted object, location, or situation? No matter how “double-blind” the remote viewing experiment may have been designed to be, someone other than the viewer has already collapsed the wave function from which the viewer is now receiving his little pieces-of-the-puzzle trickle of experienced impressions and mental-image-level perceptions. The viewer may be given only the longitude and latitude of the targeted place or thing, or simply an abstract number or code for it. So, once more, we are looking at protocols and algorithms for consciousness to tune within the non-local endless potential relationships and connections between and among the superposed, entangled infinitude of possible subjects, objects, contents and events within the universal consciousness field and represented by its universal wave function. Eventually I assume those trained in remote viewing, similar to radionic practitioners in their diagnostic/analysis mode, will learn by further focusing acts of consciousness to also intentionally “treat,” efficaciously affect, the once collapsed and experientially connected-to, tuned-to, more decoherent target material.

I understand that an article to be jointly published by Dean Radin, Gail Hayysen, and Masura Emoto in the September 2006 article of Explore magazine will describe a double blind test, based on earlier pioneering and replicated work done in Japan by Emoto that they conducted to study the effects of distant intention on water crystal formation. That is, someone at a distance from a water sample focused their attention on it, and it was found that there was a measurable change in the water correlated with the intention directed to it. Once more, even though no particular radionic or

47

psychotronic type apparatus appeared to be used by an operator to tune for and to broadcast to or treat, Emoto’s empty-handed, device-less approach, using only the consciousness of the one focusing his or her attention and intention on the distant water, and the distant water itself, both embedded in the higher-dimensional nonlocally correlated consciousness field, provide the quantum idealist context for conducting a collapse of the wave function representing the probability distribution of possible outcomes for the distant water sample, and thus crystalline structures were manifest in the water that were not in the measured baseline state of the water prior to the experimental intervention. One may assume the pretreatment quantum decoherent relatively structureless state of the water and its constituent molecules had been the product of a prior wave function collapse different than the wave function collapse associated with the experimental treatment phase.

Psychotronics

As defined by the United States Psychotronics Association on its website's home page, psychotronics is “the science of mind-body-environment relationships, an interdisciplinary science concerned with the interactions of matter, energy, and consciousnesss.” This can involve consciousness-machine interactions, especially consciousness-machine interactions that interrelate structures and energies associated with physical-level reality, on the one hand, and structures and energies associated with and existing within correlated realms of higher-frequency, subtler-energy, higherdimensionality, the mental realm, etc., on the other hand. For example, choosing a frequency to use with a Rife or Priore treatment device can be a relatively “horizontal” straightforward “electromedicine”-type practice of irradiating something considered physical, such as an in vitro cell culture or a malignant cancerous tumor in a person, with something else considered to be on the same physical level of reality, such mechanical or Hertzian electromagnetic waves. This practice includes the assumption that one can conduct wave-reinforcement, wave-cancellation, and rhythmic resonant entrainment procedures between the structured, oscillating radiant energies selected by the operator for the device to be generating, on the one hand, and the structured oscillating (usually standing) waves systems of the target, such as the in vitro cell culture or the cancer in the client’s body, on the other hand. Or, this procedure, involving correlated sets of structures, energies, wave-forms, etc., can be more “vertical” in nature, involving the aforementioned relation between one set of structures and energies the locus for which is in physical reality as we normally understand it today, on the one hand, and the other locus being in some kind of parallel, correlated, subtler, trans- or non-physical, reality in a paraphysical, panphysicist cross-octave or interdimensional as well as quantum non-local relation to the physical, on the other hand. From the perspective of quantum idealism, both the diagnostic/analysis and the treatment phases in working with psychotronic devices are similar to those used with

48

radionics, except that in the case of psychotronics, in contradistinction to radionics, I have found psychotronic practitioners tend to be more engineering-and physical-reductionist-oriented in their thinking, primarily involving (and believing only in) what I'm calling “horizontal” operations, and with the majority of them probably not as interested in any kind of more-magical-sounding quantum idealist interpretation for what they do. Nonetheless, what I described in the prior section with regard to radionic devices and practices generally pertains with regard to the kinds of devices and practices used in psychotronics, so I repeat: To the extent to which the process is ritualistic, formulaic, programmed, and repeated, and involving some kind of apparatus with dials, gauges, settings, etc., to point, select, stand for, stay focused on, etc., it is tailor-made for a quantum idealist interpretation. The intense focus of consciousness, intention, and density of attention on the part of the radionic practitioner in all the steps, processes, and concentrations involved, contributes greatly to the earlier-described Quantum Zeno Effect and contributes to the experience conditions of genidentity, which fixes or sets wave-collapsed outcomes stemming from a locus of relatively fixed or set antecedent attending-from wave-function-collapsing states or conditions. To choose to work psychotronically with highly selected energies and their specific, exacting and exacted characteristics, is to experimentally use acts of consciousness, choice, observation, and measurement, of careful probings and interrogations of and interactions with, selected probabilistic systems. Throughout, the quantum wave function is collapsed from frames of reference within the consciousness field characterized by knowledge structures and coefficients of cosmological dissociation (see my definition elsewhere) correlated with quantum dechorence. From the coherent domain of all possible superposed, entangled states, only certain variables are chosen for local actualization to then be worked with psychotronically within the perspective of quantum idealism.

One when adjusts the Rife frequency treatment device, or any other kind of treatment device, to such-and-such specifications; one stipulates with one's conscious intention the presence of, and particular relation among, certain energies, patterns, waveforms, wavelengths, frequency, amplitude-- Hertzian electromagnetic in relation to longitudinal scalar, etheric- or thought-form in relation to physical form, and so on. Similar to the radionic-type practitioner, the psychotronic-type practitioner from a quantum idealist perspective tends to use certain kind of prosthetic devices, props, and technologically enticing contraptions that give the practitioner’s consciousness permission to achieve desired results that, at a less cosmological dissociated, less quantum decoherent, state could be carried out emptyhandedly, so to speak, using acts of consciousness alone. For all is, after all, from this perspective, simply the acts of and within consciousness, and all the selectable, experiencable objects, contents, and events taking place in consciousness are common-sourced and non-locally correlated, allowing for what once was deemed magical thinking to now be information processing, cognition-producing symbolic operations taking place within the consciousness field.

49

One More Example

Let me provide one final example: John St. Clair’s “Walking Through Walls Training System” patent (#2006/0015125), that some of us have read in preparation for his recent (2006) USPA conference presentation based on it, represents a kind of quantum idealist algorithm for assembly and achievement of a desired actualized state represented within the wave function’s only probabilistic domain. Similar to the radionic protocol, it appears to be ritualistic, formulaic, and reiterated (ala the Quantum Zeno Effect), involving certain attending-from knowledge structures and intentionality, choicefully focusing consciousness, collapsing the wave function containing the superposed possible states of both physical reality wavicle systems and what are being hypothesized in the patent to be those physical systems’ hyperspatial or etheric counterparts. The conscious choice in the wave function collapsing sequence is to produce a temporary shift or transmutation from fermionic and leptonic physicality to its hyperspatial or etheric correlatives that may then operate for awhile within an environmental/experiential larger context comprised of earlier-collapsed still-enduring fermionic, leptonic (et al) systems. The practitioner chooses, selects, intends that there be created by a wave function collapse a temporary containment well, cavity, or bounded constraint space within which all previously wavefunction-collapsed decoherent local fermionic/leptonic systems are now transmuted through a new wave function collapse to choose from the underlying coherent, superposed, entangled probabilistic potentiality realm other vectors or states from the infinite dimension Hilbert phase space that will be locally manifest and experienced in whatever non-or trans-physical form chosen or collapsed for-- a targeted form, by reason of its greater degrees of freedom, higher-dimensionality, and transparency with respect to physicality, is slightly closer in nature to a pre-wave-function-collapsed quantum coherent state than the usual post-wave-function-collapsed quantum decoherent state that manifests more matter-type mass, more opacity, less degrees of freedom, and lower dimensionality.

* * *

The foregoing was drawn from my original 19,000-word 2006 USPA conference contribution and is being offered now 11 years later in a foreshortened form and only focusing on the relationship of radionics and psychotronics to what I call Quantum Idealism.

Montagnier, Luc, and others. “Transduction of DNA Information Through Water and Electromagnetic Waves”. Electromagnetic Biology and Medicine , Volume 34, Issue 2 (2015), Pages 106+;

Abstract

The experimental conditions by which electromagnetic signals (EMS) of low frequency can be emitted by diluted aqueous solutions of some bacterial and viral DNAs are described. That the recorded EMS and nanostructures induced in water carry the DNA information (sequence) is shown by retrieval of that same DNA by classical PCR amplification using the TAQ polymerase, including both primers and nucleotides. Moreover, such a transduction process has also been observed in living human cells exposed to EMS irradiation. These experiments suggest that coherent long-range molecular interaction must be present in water to observe the above-mentioned features. The quantum field theory analysis of the phenomenon is presented in this article.

During the first 24 h after removal from incubation, melanoma cells in culture displayed reliable increases in emissions of photons of specific wavelengths during discrete portions of this interval. Applications of specific filters revealed marked and protracted increases in infrared (950 nm) photons about 7 h after removal followed 3 h later by marked and protracted increases in near ultraviolet (370 nm) photon emissions. Specific wavelengths within the visible (400 to 800 nm) peaked 12 to 24 h later.

Specific activators or inhibitors for specific wavelengths based upon Cosic's resonant recognition model elicited either enhancement or diminishment of photons at the specific wavelength as predicted. Inhibitors or activators predicted for other wavelengths, even within 10 nm, were less or not effective.

54

There is now evidence for quantitative coupling between the wavelength of photon emissions and intrinsic cellular chemistry. The results are consistent with initial activation of signaling molecules associated with infrared followed about 3 h later by growth and protein-structural factors associated with ultraviolet. The greater-than-expected photon counts compared with raw measures through the various filters, which also function as reflective material to other photons, suggest that photons of different wavelengths might be self-stimulatory and could play a significant role in cell-to-cell communication.

Magnetic field exposure is an accepted safe and effective modality for nerve injury. However, it is clinically used only as a supplement or salvage therapy at the later stage of treatment. Here, we used a planarian Girardia sinensis decapitated model to investigate beneficial effects of early rotary non-uniform magnetic fields (RMFs) exposure on central nervous regeneration.

Our results clearly indicated that magnetic stimulation induced from early RMFs exposure significantly promoted neural regeneration of planarians. This stimulating effect is frequency and intensity dependent. Optimum effects were obtained when decapitated planarians were cultured at 20°C, starved for 3 days before head-cutting, and treated with 6Hz 0.02 T RMFs. At early regeneration stage, RMFs exposure eliminated edema around the wound and facilitated subsequent formation of blastema. It also accelerated cell proliferation and recovery of neuron functionality. Early RMFs exposure up-regulated expression of neural regeneration related proteins, EGR4 and Netrin 2, and mature nerve cell marker proteins, NSE and NPY.

These results suggest that RMFs therapy produced early and significant benefit in central nervous regeneration, and should be clinically used at the early stage of neural regeneration, with appropriate optimal frequency and intensity. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.

Mind Dynamics in Space and Time – A Physicist’s Exploration of the Nature and Properties of Consciousness by Dr. Elizabeth A. Rauscher, Dr. J.J. Hurtak, and Dr. Desiree Hurtak Hardcover: 686 pages Publisher: The Academy for Future Science; 1st edition (2016) Language: English ASIN: 1892139448 Average Customer Review: Available at Amazon.com

In this book world renowned Dr. Rauscher, and Drs. Hurtaks present their research on mind dynamics, mind and quantum entanglement, and their research on remote

viewing going back to the 1970s. They describe their research at Stanford Research Institute in the San Francisco Bay area with many famous experiments that included international trials that they have made together in over the years, including recent times. They show how new advances in mind-consciousness research and development and remote viewing communications are introducing changes in our traditional paradigms of science. This book also includes Dr. Rauscher’s “Eight Space” which explains how and why remote viewing works, which provides an understanding of the multidimensional realm that we are living in.

In addition, they describe how consciousness development is beginning to play a key role in the increasing of intelligence on planet Earth, inclusive of sub-consciousness and global consciousness pathways. They show how a new roadmap for humanity is appearing as we begin to see ourselves and humanity as “cosmo-planetary-quantum beings.” This excellent book provides a new look at the power of mind-over-matter by the top scientists in the world on this subject.

USPA Periodicals Library Update

In order to do good psychotronics research of any kind, whether it involves radionics, radiesthesia, psionic medicine, dowsing, subtle energies, biophotons, or any other subject covered by psychotronics, one needs access to as much of the periodical literature as possible on these subjects.

To address this issue, the United States Psychotronics Association has resolved to identify and acquire every psychotronics related periodical that has ever been published anywhere in the world, and to retain copies in the USPA Library.

As a first step, we have developed the following list of periodicals that focused on or frequently had articles on psychotronics related subjects. But this is only a preliminary list, and we know that there are probably more psychotronics periodicals that have been published, but that we do not yet know about.

So please look over the following list and check your own personal physical libraries and your computers to see if you have any issues of the periodicals on this list. Even if you just have one issue, please let us know, because that may be the one we need to complete all the issues of a particular periodical. Please write to me (John) at: [email protected], since I am the USPA librarian and archivist coordinating this effort, and tell me what periodicals you have.

As a whole, the members of USPA have a huge “library” of periodicals, but it just happens to be “distributed” among its members at this point in time. However, we can work together, and if you would be willing to loan, donate, xerox, or as a last resort, sell copies of your periodicals for the USPA Library, then we will be able to build a large centralized library of all psychotronics periodicals. And all USPA members will then be able to use these periodicals in their research or for their reading enjoyment.

The title of the periodical is really a misnomer, as is the name of hiresearch organiation, because the periodical deals almost exclusively with Vogel's and other's research on crystals and their use in healing, and very little with psychic matters. The USPA Library has all known issues.

Radio Perception. This was the original title of the Journal of the British Society of Dowsers, which began in 1933 and was published under that name until around 1956,

when its name was changed to the Journal of the British Society of Dowsers, and continues today under the name, Dowsing Today. The USPA Library needs all issues.

Radiesthesia. Published by the Dowser’s Club of South Australia, and began in 1992. The USPA Library needs all issues.

Radionics Journal: Published by the Radionics Association in England from 1954 through the present. The USPA Library has a complete set of these from Vol. 1, no. 1 (1954), through 2005, but needs all issues published after 2005.

Radionics Network Newsletter: Vol. 1, No. 1 (January-February, 1993); Last Known issue: Vol. 4, No. 6 (November-December, 1996); Published by the Radionics Network, New South Wales, Australia; The USPA Library has Vol.1, No.1 (Jan.-Feb., 1993) through Vol.5, No.1 (Jan.-Feb., 1997), but needs all issues published since then.

Resonance: Newsletter of the Bioelectromagnetics Special Interest Group (BEM SIG) of American Mensa during the 1980s and 1990s. The USPA Library has a complete set of this rare periodical; Subtle Energies and Energy Medicine: Published by the International Society for the Study of Subtle Energies and Energy Medicine (ISSSEEM) from 1990 through the present, with some interruptions. The USPA Library needs most of the issues of this periodical;

The Radiant News: Vol. 1, Issue 0 [zero] (March, 2001) through Vol. 1, No. 12 (May, 2002), after which it ceased publication. Published by Peter Lindemann of Clear Tech, Inc. The USPA Library has all 13 issues.

USPA Newsletter: Published by the United States Psychotronic Association from 1977 through present. The USPA Library needs most of these issues.

Zeitschrift RGS (Radiesthesie - Geopathie - Strahlenbiologie); (Journal of Radiesthesia, Geopathy, and Radiation Biology): This was a radiesthesia and radionics periodical published by the Schweizerische Gesellschaft für Radiästhesie (Swiss Society of Radiesthesia) in St. Gallen, Switzerland. It began publishing around 1949, although the date is uncertain, and the title was changed at some point to "Schweizerische Zeitschrift für Radiästhesie, Radionik, Geopathie, Strahlenbiologie" (Swiss Journal of Radiesthesia, Radionics, Geopathy, and Radiation Biology). It was still being published in 2014, with issue No. 291 being published during that year. The USPA Library needs all issues of this periodical.

USPA Local Groups and Affiliates Update

As mentioned in the May, 2016, USPA Newsletter, one of our goals is to reactivate all of the former 24 USPA Chapters that once existed across the US and Mexico. In addition, we plan to establish new local groups of people interested psychotronics and related subjects in other major cities in the US and other countries as well. All such local groups and affiliates will be independent, but will work together with the USPA in a mutually beneficial relationship to achieve our goals of advancing research and applications in psychotronics, radionics, subtle energy, and related fields.

So I would like to invite all of former USPA Chapters leaders and members to contact me (John Reed) at: [email protected] and let me know if you would like to help reactivate your local chapter. In addition, if you are a leader or member of a psychotronics or related organization which was never a chapter of USPA, and we would welcome you as a USPA affiliated organization as well.

We will be establishing a USPA affiliated groups as traditional organizations and also via the Meetup.com online group platform. This will enable current and former members to more easily have local get-togethers, meetings, and other activities, and those activities, times, and other details can be posted online. So please let me know if you would like to be the leader of a group in your area.

If you do decide to use Meetup.com to establish your local group, you could do it quickly and easily by going to www.meetup.com , and clicking on the big red word “Start” in the upper left, and then just following the step-by-step procedures. You can give your local group any name you want, but it should probably have a name that relates to psychotronics in some way. And if you need any help, please let me know, and I will help you in any way I can. Perhaps the most important thing is enthusiasm and determination, so write to me, even if you don’t know any other USPA members in your area, and I will help you set up a local group: [email protected]

Exchange Corner

The “Exchange Corner”, is a place for USPA members to buy, exchange, or sell items of interest, or request information or other help in relation to something wanted. So if there is anything you want to buy, sell or trade that has to do with psychotronics, radionics, subtle energy, or related subjects, please contacted the Classified Ads manager at: [email protected]. For the next few issues, all such ads will be free of charge, so please send your ads and wanted requests as soon as possible before advertising charges begin. Kelly Personal Analyzer for Sale Mariette Picket has a friend that has a brand new unused Kelly Personal Analyzer that she paid $2100 for, and is offering it for sale at only $1600.00 Anyone interested call Mariette at: 317-773-0061 Bruce Copen MARS III for Sale I am a current USPA member and have a Bruce Copen MARS lll for sale. The system is about 7 or 8 years old and in original, excellent condition. Sale includes original SCOPE analysis, database and broadcast software, HP laptop, comprehensive training manual and program disc, interconnects and boxes. I have always run it on XP with no issues; everything original as supplied by Copen. All operations can be automated and multiple broadcasts can be run simutaneously, although Copen saw to develop this device so it could be used in many radionic styles and without computer control. The price is $8500 USD roughly half the original cost. I prefer to not ship to a destination outside the USA. A limited amount of training by me, as I understand it, is available to a confirmed purchaser, as time and distance reasonably permit. Please contact: Dr Robert Dixon, [email protected] or call (304) 259-9439 Berkeley Springs, WV.

Wanted: Any articles, periodicals, books, devices, or other materials on psychotronic related subjects that you can donate or lend to the USPA for its library, archives, and museum. The USPA is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3), tax exempt organization, and as such, you are able to make tax deductible donations to the USPA. Please email the USPA at: [email protected] to make arrangements. Thank you for your generosity.

WHAT IS PSYCHOTRONICS? The United States Psychotronics Association defines psychotronics as the science of mind-body-environment relationships, an interdisciplinary science concerned with the interactions of matter, living things, subtle energies, and consciousness. Psychotronics involves the study, research, and applications of the physics and technology of the body, mind, brain, spirit, consciousness, and the underlying forces of life and nature – hence the term “psychotronics”.

The USPA believes that a true understanding of the universe must include consciousness and spiritual factors, as well as, the technical, and we provide an opportunity for researchers, both professional and amateur, to present their findings and experiences in the USPA Journal and Newsletter. We stress research, with documentation of results, and practical applications, but also investigate personal experiences and innovative hypotheses. Some Prominent People in the history of psychotronics research and application: Albert Abrams, Thomas Bearden, Robert C. Beck, Robert O. Becker, Jacques Benveniste, David Bohm, Harold Saxon Burr, George W. Crile, Ruth Drown, T. Galen Hieronymus, Vlail P. Kaznacheyev, Georges Lakhovsky, Michael Persinger, Wilhelm Reich, Royal R. Rife, Rupert Sheldrake, Nikola Tesla, Marcel Vogel, and others.

Some of the forces, fields, waves, and energies studied and researched in psychotronics include: bioelectromagnetism, biophotons, biopotentials, electromagnetic wave pollution and harmful effects; coherent emanations of DNA, emanations of matter, “free energy”, morphogenetic fields, non-hertzian waves, orgone energy, pyramid energy and power, qi (chi), quantum fields, scalar waves, subtle energies, ultra-weak radiation of living matter, zero-point energy, and others.

Some of the phenomena believed to be produced or involved with the above fields and energies: action-at-a-distance, the aura of the body and other living things, bioinformation, bioluminescence, chakras, consciousness, distant intercellular interactions, meridians of the body, mind-body interactions, non-locality interactions, the placebo effect, quantum consciousness, spontaneous remission of cancer and other diseases, water memory, water structure, and others.

Related fields of study and research covering the above forces, energies, and phenomena of psychotronics: bioelectromagnetics, bioenergetics, biophotonics, biophysics, psionics, psychoenergetics, psychoneuroimmunology, quantum biology, radionics, scalar electromagnetics, and others.

Some practices, techniques, and applications related to psychotronics include: acupuncture, biogeometry, brain entrainment, clairvoyance, dowsing, energy healing and energy medicine, extrasensory perception, feng shui, homeopathy, kirlian photography, magnetic therapy, pendulum use and methods, prayer effects, psionic medicine, psychic healing, psychometry, qigong, radiesthesia, radionics, remote viewing, shamanism, sound and sonic healing, telekinesis, telepathy, and others.
