Minerpalooza is an annual campus-wide event/pep-rally that kicks off the

UTEP football season. Highlights include carnival booths, inflatable

games, a Kid Zone, musical entertainment, food, and special appearances

by student athletes and coaches.

Over the last several years the event has grown from a picnic-style

program to a major campus tradition for UTEP and the El Paso

community attracting more than 30,000 people each year. This year will

be extra special as we celebrate UTEP’s Centennial in a big way. We

anticipate record crowds and more than 100 student organizations

involved in the festivities. Join us today for the Party of the Century!
