The following is general information relating to the r e q b h t for reporting quantities of d combustion byproducts that were managed in the. State of Maryland during calendar year 2008. Please answer the questions on the form provided, attaching -additional information and my requested supplemental infornation to the back of the tbrm.

Backwound, This quireme@ that generators of coal combustion byprodracts (CCBs) submit m annual report was instituted in the W e of Maryland kgulations COMAR 26.04.10.08, that was promulgated eEective December 1,2008. The regulation requires that any non-residential generatqr of CCBs submit a report toc,& Department by March 1 of each year describing the manner b~ which CCBs genwwted within the b' were managed during the p&g calendar year.
