Gym / PoolPLB Management reports that the Gym at the Activity Center and the Pool Complex are currently under New Management. Park La Brea Fitness Management has assumed responsibility for both facilities.

Furthermore, new equipment will be installed in the gym within the next 4-6 weeks and the facility will undergo a make over.

Burnside Circle FountainThe fountain is currently undergoing a major overhaul.

Pedestrian Gate at Gardner and 3rd StreetsPLB Management advises that subject gate will be hardened and that surveillance in the area will be increased. To achieve its goal Park La Brea will install better lighting in the area in question; upgrade the gate’s construction and hardware; and increase Patrol activity.

Audio / Video Equipment at the Activity Center Theater

PLB Management has approved fine tuning of the A/V Equipment at the Activity Center Theater to achieve maximum operability.
