Simon Misiewicz, the founder of Optimise Accountants has identified a growing need for a new Property Tax Specialist Desired Skills and Experience o ACCA or ACA Finalist working towards their practicing certificate. o Knowledge of property related investment strategies and taxation . o Ability to use computerised systems such as Xero, Sage, Kashflow, Iris, CRM systems, Microsoft Excel (Advanced user preferable). o Has 2-3 years experience of preparing accounts in an accountancy practice. o Has a passion for property / property investing. o Is outgoing and wants to support people to the best of their ability. o A keen eye for detail. o The traits of a completer / finisher leaving no stone unturned. o The desire to focus on just property accounting / taxation. o Focus on learning new skills in tax and IT. We believe in the people that choose to work with us. As such, we are looking to provide to the successful candidate the following: o Salary amounting to £32,000 to £40,000 basic pro rata dependent on working hours. o 10-15% bonus payments dependent upon performance.TRANSCRIPT
