166 STEP BY STEP

STEP 01 Take the long oil pipe and mount it to the oil sump, as shown.

STEP 02 Fit the short oil pipe to the circled point at the bottom of the engine.

STEP 03 Now fit the rubber hose onto the circled part of the oil pump.

STEP 04 Fit the radiator bracket (Stage 46) to the front of the sump with a type K screw.

STEP 05 Retrieve the radiator and hold it near to the engine. The matching circled parts of the radiator and engine correspond.

STEP 07 Connect the top of the radiator to the hose, as shown.

STEP 09 Secure the top of the brackets to the frame with two type V screws.

STEP 06 Connect the corresponding parts together.

STEP 08 Fix the front end of the radiator bracket to the radiator with a second type K screw.

STEP 05 Insert the cap into the bottom of the left side of the frame, to cover the bolt.

STEP 01 Insert the plate into the left side of the frame.

STEP 03 Then place the second limit switch into the circled hole in the right side of the frame.

STEP 02 Insert the first limit switch into the indicated hole in the left side of the frame.

STEP 04 Insert the fairlead into the left side of the frame, as shown.

STAGE COMPLETE This is how the assembly should

look at the end of this stage.

STEP 08 Connect the pipes from the two lambda probes (fitted in Stage 46) to the other ends of the probe plugs.

STEP 07 Place the lambda probe plugs onto the two pins of the plate fitted in Step 01.

STEP 06 Now prepare the rubber tubes and and lambda probe plugs. Cut the tubes to 85mm if necessary, then push the ends onto the plugs.

172 STEP BY STEP

STEP 05 Here is how hydraulic connection 1 should look when correctly positioned.

STEP 04 Fit hydraulic connection 1 to the left side of the engine. Secure with glue if necessary.

STEP 01 Fit the 50mm tube onto the black end of hydraulic connection 1.

STEP 03 Place hydraulic connection 2 into the matching recess in the support plate. Then connect the 45mm tube to the circled point.

STEP 02 Now take the other two tubes (45mm and 95mm) and fit them to hydraulic connection 2, as shown.

STEP 08 Insert the cap into the circled hole in the left side of the frame

STEP 06 Fit the support plate to the left side of

the frame.

STEP 03 Locate the two holes in the right side of the frame (circled) and press the mid support into them.

STEP 04 Now take the large fairlead and fit it into the indicated holes in the right side of the frame.

STEP 02 Insert the pins on the reverse of the support into the holes in the frame.

STEP 01 Take the front fairing support and hold it next to the indicated area in the front right of the frame.

STEP 06 Fix the fairlead to the right side of the frame. Fix with glue if necessary.

STEP 05 Clip the small fairlead onto the long black tube fitted in Stage 31.
