PR2 API 6A TESTING.• Numerous environmental chambers for testing a wide variety of components

• Largest environmental chamber measures 2m (W) x 2m (L) x 2.4m (D)

• Temperature range -800C to 2040C (-1120F to 3990F)

• Gas test pressures to 22,500psi

CRYOGENIC TESTING• Full cryogenic testing down to -196oC (-320.8oF)

• Pressure ratings from ANSI Class 150 to API 20,000

• Valves ranging in size from ½” to 36”

GAS TESTING• High pressure gas testing up to 22,500psi

• Gas testing: Typically 100% Nitrogen or 100% Air

• Leak detection: Using 100% Helium or Nitrogen-Helium mixtures

VACUUM TESTING• Atmospheric pressure down to a vacuum of 10-4 mbar

• Pumping speed from a few litres/min up to many m3/hr

• Industry-leading knowledge and expertise

FUGITIVE EMISSIONS TESTING• Production test: Normally carried out at ambient temperature and involves cycling the component during the test (in accordance to ISO 15848-2 or Shell SPE 77/312)

• Proof test: Temperatures are elevated and reduced for type test approval (in accordance with ISO 15848-1 or Shell 77/300)

HIGH TEMPERATURE TESTING• Temperature range from ambient to 660°C

• Temperatures can be controlled at highly accurate ramping rates to within 1°C

• All testing carried out with the latest in safety protection

HYDROSTATIC TESTING• Hydrostatic pressure up of 35,000psi

• Carried out in accordance with API 6D, API 17D and ISO 14313

• The latest safety facilities to protect all involved

SUBMERGED GASTESTING• High pressure gas testing up to 22,500psi

• Water can be chilled to subsea temperatures if required
