Warranty

The VAXJET is warrantied against defects in material orworkmanship for a period of 12 months from the dateof delivery to the original purchaser. This warranty shallnot apply to major components or trade accessories suchas, but not limited to, trucks, engines, pumps, motors,tires and batteries that have a separate warranty by theoriginal manufacturer. Primary Separation Chamber90% of all solids drop out here; most oil andhydrocarbons float to the top.

Second Separation ChamberAs water is gravity-fed up through exactlycalibrated 60° coalescing tube settling filters,the design of the angles rapidly separates the oildroplets and solids from the waste water.

Third Separation ChamberWith each additional gallon of water vacuumedto the rear of the tank, another gallon is forcedthrough the system. This gravity-fed technologyallows for maximum retention time andseparation of suspended solids, so more solidsdrop out.

Fourth Separation ChamberIt takes one hour for the waste water to get tothis point in the gravity-fed retention filter. Bythis time, almost 99% of all suspended solidsand oil droplets have been removed. Water isnow gravity-fed to the Pre-Treated Water section.

Final Filtration StagesPre-treated water is gathered and pumped tothe Final Filtration System. The final filtrationsystem contains three filter chambers with two 50-micron and one 5-micron bags. It alsoincludes an activated vessel to aid in removinghydrocarbons.

Clean Water TankOnce the water passes through the finalfiltration system, it is stored in a stainless steelhanging tank, where it is fed back to the high-pressure pump for reuse.
