Who Visits V.C.C.T.C?* Individuals who have Suspected Risk Behavior and have awareness on HIV/AIDS* High Risk Population referred by partner NGOs.
* Cases referred by Medical Officers of Government and Private hospitals.* Cases referred by Relatives and Friends of the Suspected risk behaviour.
